Hi, I'm Charlotte Dobre. I'm an actor, reactor, singer and sometimes (not really) comedian. On this channel I do reactions, commentary and occasionally I make a joke or two. I love poking fun at social media, weddings, entitled people, tiktok and OF COURSE petty people. I upload daily, usually 7 days a week, unless life gets crazy or I get lazy. Come hang out, it's a good time.

Fun fact : there's a blossoming trend in France these days where instead of doing illegal stuff, young people will walk around a city and when they find a group of pickpockets they'll follow them around while yelling "PICKPOCKETS ATTENTION" and pointing :)
Productive hobby! Only in France ❤
That's the best! It's sooo bad where I live in Madrid.
😁🥰
I approve this activity
In the U.S……😵 DON’T. DO. IT.
that first story was a WILD ride *pun intended* lol
WOW
THAT guy knows how to tell a story.
And it’s an accurate way to describe it.😂😂😂
His energy was top tier!
BAHAHAHA FR
First story teller is a natural. I listened his story twice in the row.
Same! I've watched all Charlottes videos for at least the last few months and this is the one story I watched twice, it was crazy.
“I hate roses”
“Good thing no one bought you any then”😂
Yaaas, would’ve been my immediate response, “like well of course they’re not for you, so hate all you want”
Hate roses? Your jealousy is showing.
What she said, “ I hate roses”. What I heard, “nobody gets me roses” lol
Right 😂😂😂😂
Allergic to roses, so not fond of them. I wouldn't be verbally rude, mainly because I would be sneezing.
Storyteller number one is a natural. His timing and vocal expressions are classic. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, it does.
New PSA for kids to not get into strangers cars, that should be shown in school.
@@robinkholmes7127 But it was a coworker, not a total stranger!
Right?? I'd love to hear him tell other stories!
@@daisiesonme1 yeah and he was younger than OP too. Not what you expect when u think of stranger danger
Age does not matter when it comes to stealing. Had a 5 year old, told another 5 year old to steal the sunglasses and put them in her pocket when I was working in retail before. That girl knew what she was doing. The other girl was so quiet and innocent too, she put the glasses back on the stand. Bless her.
When she said, "touch me again and it will be the last time you use your fingers" SHOOK ME. Yes queen! She wasn't playing at all 😂😂
OH YES. I will throw hands if anyone tries to take my stuff or touch me.
I squealed inside this absolute WOMANNNNN
I saw an absolute legend literally clothesline a pickpocket who grabbed a bag and made the mistake of running past her in the Barcelona Metro. The cops had to give her a mandatory "that is a bad idea" speech but you could see they were impressed.
I reside in New Mexico. Having a drivers license and/or insurance is against the law. And if you happen to own your car it is the jail for you! Much better if the car is stolen.
When on honeymoon in Rome, my stepdad almost broke a dude's fingers, when he found them in his pockets..
"touch me again and it'll be the last time you use your fingers, I'll tell you that right now" yesss queen
7:48 “you don’t have the right to film.” …Same way you don’t have the right to steal from people😂
Mad respect to the queen warning everyone about pickpocketers. Ngl I was a little surprised to see such young girls.
Same. When she first said pickpockets I pictured men. Don't expect young women, if she said shoplifters I'd expect young women.
@@S_H9260 it’s a good reminder to us that criminals come in all ages, genders, etc.

It's Romani gang, girls are coerced into it. The young boys and elderly feign disabilities to beg on Street corners.
In Rome, my coworker was pickpocketed by children in the metro. Most of these kids are 'recruited' so to speak by organized gangs
Story 1: It gets worse, and worse, and worse, AND WORSE!!!!! I'm glad he wasn't trying to die, that's comforting at least.
I was soo spooked throughout the entire story I thought they were gonna have an accident or they driver would get arrested or something while they're otw home😂
He jinxed himself when he said what's the worst that could happen 😂
Meh I hate how expensive roses are. But I'd legit cry tears of joy for this woman to get that many. Clearly was amazingly thoughtful of this dude
When I asked my boyfriend what my toxic trait was, he said "doing all the dumb questionnaires like this" 😂 I deserved that
That was my exact response to the woman in the video asking it lol. 😂 Yeah... the questionnaire and force fed answers is the toxic trait for sure.
A very "are the straights okay" moment.
Yeah she was definitely baiting for a fight. I absolutely don't understand women doing crap like that. Like, WHY bestie?!!!
I would watch an entire Netflix docuseries of just that first kid telling stories 😂 he is an amazing storyteller! When he said “Mac Miller?! The dead rapper who died?!?” His delivery on that line was absolutely impeccable. That’s probably cemented as one of those lines that lives rent-free in my head forever, occasionally popping up to make me giggle while I’m trying to sleep. Thinking about making a TikTok just so I can follow that guy (and B. Dylan Hollis) 🤣
He was EPIC! 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
EGGIES!
Bless the pickpocket girl for standing her ground and calling out the bullshit. Thank you girl.
This is actually a popular trend in Paris that young French people will run up to them and scream “ATTENTION PICKPOCKET” like it’s very funny and I love it
The girl testing her bf's reaction time to her yelling.... someone needs to tell her the tale of 'The Boy Who Cried Wolf'....
She gonna need him to really help one day and he's gonna figure she's just playing.

Re: Paris pickpockets, when I went to Paris I was paranoid but I used a mobility scooter and no one bothered me at all no one even asked me for cash! And a few times when I got into issues with the trains a bunch of strangers stepped up no questions asked and translated to staff for me and even carried my scooter off a train once for me. Parisians get a bad wrap but when it comes to disabled folx they are all so lovely and helpful ❤
Thank you for your psa about Paris pickpockets. My daughter and I were on a Paris subway platform waiting for a train when a very nice gentleman came up to us and pointed out these 3 young ladies (probably the ones in your video!!!) who were leaning against the subway wall He told us they were watching us and to beware of them. After he spoke with us, the girls saw what he did and they all left the platform in different directions and my daughter and I got on the next train unscathed thanks to that kind man. After that we were hyper aware of our surroundings. Thank you kind sir. And, yes, we enjoyed Paris very much.
My Uncle was in the navy in the late 80s, and he told me that pickpockets were everywhere while he was stationed in Greece. He said that they were no older than 12, and they traveled in packs.
That first story is a new fear unlocked😂😂😂😂 "we should hang out more often"😂😂😂

Me too!! I would never have the stones to pull a prank like this but it's so much fun watching others do it. XD
I dated someone who claimed she hated flowers. They were a cliche gift. They just die. Anyone who gives flowers is unoriginal. So i never bought her flowers. Then later on she complained that I never got her flowers. 😂😂😂
The irony of the dad being mad that his daughter would want to marry someone after only 2 weeks, when he and his wife want her to marry a man she has never met and does not know.
They don't wanna hear that 😭
I literally screamed the same thing at the ipad 😂
Arranged marriage is toxic and disgusting just another thing parents have no business in.
It doesn't necessarily work like that. Very often the family's introduce the two to each other, and they get some time to figure out if they are going to be a good match. There are a variety of different arranged marriages and most of them these days are not ones where you meet the day at the altar.
Considering the slightly more modern way that they were interacting, she would likely have a say as to whether or not she would have to marry the person they have in mind for her.
@@toxiczombiewolf5692 Arranged marriage is not as specific of a thing as you're thinking, so I hesitate to say it's always a toxic thing; some are more like old-school dating services where you tell a match maker you're available and what you're looking for, and some of them are literally just social mixers of single people, and some are parents throwing single adult-children at each other in hopes one sticks without pressure to actually commit to any one of them out of a want to see their kids happy. What is toxic is thinking you need to control your daughter, so I'm going to leave the arranged marriage out of it when I say that father should not have a say in his daughter's love life. He might be right by his family's relationship with the concept of an arranged marriage, and he might be wrong by his family's relationship with the concept of an arranged marriage, but none of that matters because MIND YOUR BUSINESS, SIR, SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO GO DOWN THAT ROAD IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO.

I don't like roses either, partly because of the thorns, partly because I feel they're overrated, but that's just me. However, I'm extremely grateful if I get any flowers, rose or not, because they are a thoughtful, pricey, gift (at least in my country).
That last one 🤣Her face was like "I wanna be mad at you but I can't cuz that was actually kinda funny."
Not only is rose lady out here getting *spoiled* by her man, but she is SLAYING the whole universe in that dreeeesssss. Go off, yes.
The dress she was ALMOST wearing?
@jacklow9611 there was nothing wrong with her dress
Dress was banging! Queen out there living her best life, getting spoiled by her man and I'm here for it! Nothing wrong with being happy for people even when they are living a life I don't have access to. Anything else makes me a bitter bitch.
@@SweetestSinEternity : You might not think so, and although I'm not a prude, while she rocked the color, the length of it, I thought, was almost indecent. Call me an old fuddy-duddy if you want to, but dresses that short are not the best-looking things a woman should be wearing. When she was standing, you could almost see her kootch, and if that is the style these days, then we really are in trouble. Is there no modesty anymore?
That dress was amazing, loved it!
The girl shaking her head about the rose bouquet is just trying to make her man feel validated about not getting her flowers. “No honey, it’s okay I’m not one of those girls, don’t even like flowers”
Yup, that entire table was jelly. 😂
Or the guy asked if she would like for him to do that, and she responded that she hates roses. She's not hating on the couple, but just telling her man not to get her roses.
The same women who hate diamonds.
I am one of those girls, only because I hate that they are already dead and the only thing left is decay😂 but I wouldn’t be casting shade on someone else’s beautiful moment. Love me a pretty plant though.
It also looks like the dude asked her a question and she shook her head no.
"Well it's better than 20 seconds" lmao. Also what delightful accents, Indian + Scottish = delightful!
Little throw-away story about pick-pockets: At our highschool there was a guy (one or maybe two grades above me), I didn't know him because grades didn't really mix with each other but he was more or less know at our school because he was really sporty - as in: he set multiple new records at our school in PE.
In like 9th grade they did a foreign exchange program with France which obviously included the obligatory visit of Paris - lots of pickpocketers but also people who would just tear something out of your hands and book it - guess what happend?
Someone grabbed this dude's backpack and tried to run off with it... They really couldn't have picked a worse target and they probably realized it the second he started chasing after them.

Years ago someone I was dating sent me a beautiful arrangement to my work as a surprise. My emotions were overwhelmed and my day was brightened as it was also the first time someone had done that for me. 9 out of 10 women around me were fawning over it, telling me I was so lucky etc. Then of course there was the one sour faced coworker (that had to make EVERYTHING a competition) who started rambling about how her mom grows flowers at her house that are much bigger and prettier etc. Like okay that's great Becky but no one asked you lol
Same girl who didn't get a flower or balloon or bear in school days for Valentine's. I remember being so excited to receive anything. We should rejoice in the joy and elation of our sisters.

Arab dads and Indian mothers are terrifying. There's a reason why my husband took so many years to ask my mum and dad for my hand in marriage. He asked my dad first and my dad said "Here, you ask your mum first, whatever she says, I stand behind." We didn't tell them we had already been married for a few years. We're still terrified, but my mum is warming to him, just imagine the biggest glacier. Yeah, that's my mum. I adore her.
My son was VERY QUICK, to come to my rescue about a month ago. I was in the kitchen, alone, eating a chicken sandwich, when a piece of the chicken got stuck in my throat. At first, I just thought I could take a drink, and that would make it go down... it didn't. That's when the panic set in. I quickly started heading for the hallway, and my son's room. Since his room was all the way at the end of the hallway, I began hitting the wall as I went, which worked. He was at my side before I even made it halfway. I was very lucky though, my airway wasn't completely blocked, and I was bent over and took a breath, forcing as much air as I could into my lungs. The result was me coughing, and THANKFULLY, dislodging the chicken. But yes, my son reacted VERY FAST.
The testing thing tho, could end up with "cry wolf" syndrome

I highly recommend getting one if you plan on traveling to certain destinations! And of course, always be aware of your surroundings & try not to look like a tourist, if you can help it LOL Safe travels to all. And don't get into vehicles with strangers 😂 xo
I spent two weeks there walking everywhere and the closest I came to getting pickpocketed was an old lady yelling at me for having my phone in my back pocket😂

The roses story was nothing but a sad woman hating on another woman for being loved the way we all deserve. I love that even though the gorgeous roses woman heard the negativity, she didn’t respond to it. That is truly the best way to get back at people.😍🤣
Exactly. Rub your happiness in her face instead. Then she will be fuming that their try to destroy your good mood totally failed. Let her know her place by ignoring her, she will know she is trash. They think they are so important because they only care about themselves. When people shatter that delusion by totally and utterly ignoring them they get PISSED. @yahainHotPink as women we would have to worry about that car ride with us being restrained in the trunk and only a nefarious ending in our futures!
When I was 17 I used to drive around smoking meth and had friends in their 40s that constantly needed rides for shady shit. I would constantly do stuff like this because I didn't understand it was weird for me, a 17 year old girl, to pull up with a car full of drug addicted grown men to give some high school friend a ride. In the 1970s, my friend Pam turned 21 and we met her father at a restaurant. He had 21 red roses delivered to the table. This woman started complaining about the roses. So her dad, got up with the roses and went to her table and put them under her nose. He said
“Did you say you wanted to smell the roses?” He was very serious. 😂😂😂 That’s New York humor in the old days. RIP Pam and Uncle Andy. ❤
"I hate roses..."
Lmao😂😂😂
good thing they're not for YOU!
The only girls I know who "don't like" roses, are fucking pick me's
Or jealous girls , who don't have a boyfriend
@@bonafidehomicide5742 Facts!
The first guy was too funny! Arab dad was awesome 😂
The first 1 was the best.I watched it 4 times.😂😂❤
The roses one was sweet and that woman at the other table looked pissed off for no reason! My husband and I have been married for almost 35 years and he still holds my hand when we're walking in the parking lot and stuff. We had this one woman stop us to tell us how adorable we are to be holding hands still. Aw, yeah, I'm lucky that I got a great guy.
The golden retriever and the black cat reference fkin killed me cause it was sooo true 😂😂😂
6:08 i love the black cat and golden retriever comment 😂
That first kid is definitely going places . Never have an unknown drop you off in front of the proper address. Ever. I don't care if it's Prince charming and you're missing a glass slipper .
14:20 that green dress on her looks so fire plus she's on a date with her husband and her husband got her a gift that is jealousy at its finest. She looks gorgeous.!!!!
5:32 "what is my toxic trait?"
"THIS LILIANNA! THIS RIGHT NOW!!"
that first story....wow, that escalated quickly 😂😂😂😂
Story one has me rolling im so obsesses with good story tellers like this 🤣🤣🤣
The “I WISH I’d said that” feeling is called “l’esprit de l’escalier”-literally “the spirit of the staircase” or “staircase wit,” when you think of the perfect comeback too late, as you walk upstairs to bed. One of those great concepts for which English lacks a word/phrase, so we need to borrow it. Like “schadenfreude.”
I was sick one year and passed out in the bathroom. My partner heard me hit the tub but took some time to come in thinking I dropped something. Once they knew different it caused a brain change for life. I drop the shampoo bottle and suddenly the door swings open "you okay?" EVERY TIME 4 YEARS LATER. Its cute but reminds me I am waaay to clumsy.
Same sort of thing happened with my hubby. I was feeling really sick after our son was born and my hubs was mad because he felt I wasn't taking care of myself and just kept telling me to rest. He had to leave on a work trip a day or two later and I got crazy sick while was gone, to where I was writhing in pain for several hours before asking my sister to drive an hour and watch my newborn so I could go to the ER. I ended up going into surgery to get my gallbladder removed and it was also discovered that I had H. Pylori. My husband felt awful and now takes me seriously when I say that something isn't right.
Also, I have a brain injury as well ❤️🩹
Absolutely love your content, you really brighten my day much love from the UK ❤❤❤❤❤
The first guy was amazing 😂😂😂
You don't need a vacuum, you need a mop for all this tea being spilled.
….and buckets.
Just hire a cleaning service. 😂
🤮
Split the difference...Shop-Vac.
I think for a lot of pick pocketers, it is the thrill of actually getting away with it that makes them want to do it!
There is a couple CSI episodes where they bust a pick pocketing rings and they are quite elaborate!
You get into pick pocketing the same way you get into shoplifting: you try it and get away with it.
Maybe we should bring back fanny packs worn at the front while touring places?
The first dude was hilarious- he needs to try stand up comedy - brilliant ❤
I’m so happy I came across Charlotte she is such a delight it’s like I’m just chatting with my bestie when watching these videos with her😂❤
First story was such a wild ride oml
My husband got me 25 roses for my 25th birthday with silver details threaded through. I melted.
I love that kid who took the ride, hes hilarious!
That first story had me laughing all through 😂😂😂😂😂
When I lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, pick pocketing was an issue there too. People would spray shaving cream on your bags and then say “oh, a bird pooped on you. Let me help you clean that off!” And while they’re “helping” you clean your bag, they’re going through and stealing your stuff. A friend of mine also had her passport stolen out of her pocket while riding on the subway. Always keep an eye on your stuff and on your surroundings in an unfamiliar place!
I'm traveling to Argentina next week and I've been looking up all the scams people might use on me. I've got little bag locks and straps for all my items!
As an Argentinian let me tell ya ,it's not a very good moment to come here atm.Be careful and alert .🙋🏻♀️🇦🇷
@@PhlimbobI don’t know if people do this in Argentina but there is a scam where people put a bracelet on you and force you to pay for it.
My friend thought the guy was attacking him and floored the guy. The police walk over and start shouting at the bracelet guy, we were all thoroughly confused when it was happening haha
Brad Williams talked about going to Brazil and how they give a pamphlet on what to do such as carrying a fake wallet and phone. He got mugged and had d*** pics on the fake phone lol
Be careful having your phone out near the door of metro. Pick pockets will snatch it from your hand just as the doors close….train pulls away and they are bolting away from the station.
