    But how do you feel the burn in the abdomen? I’ve been using it for too long and I still don’t feel anything.

      Hi Tsarevna, there are a few things you can try as Tim mentioned in the video. One is to add load like a medicine ball, next is to change planes of motion, like the doing a russian twist and most importantly, Tim talks about it around the 1 minute mark, is to avoid arching the back at the bottom of the movement to keep the core engaged, slow and controlled. Give those a try and let us know how it goes.
