Reminder: the game uses a kernel level, rootkit anti-cheat. I'd rather give up the game than to link my Steam account to Sony who gets hacked every year. Fuck Sony.
Yeah I hesitantly tolerated the root anti cheat but when they said link your steam account to Corpo scum I was done with every aspect of Helldiver's 2
Man, I don’t have any consoles and I need an account for a thing that I never bought. I will never consider buying a console even if people want me to have one. It’s like having a driver’s lisence and not owning a car or I can’t access tge public. Bullshit.
Having in mind the back story of sony and hackers attacks and the regional issues as well... yep this not looking good
Spicy, I think people are sick of all this extra stuff just to play a game, ubishoft launcher, ea launcher, epic launcher, Rocktstar launcher, launcher launcher, ..... just to play a game it's mad

The game did not fall, still over 150.000 p,ayers playing it an our ago Including me, it sucks what they did, but life goes on.
Really annoyed... Right now Studying in China. Was over Chinese new years at home in Germany (am German Chinese) bought it then and my father had originally setup some special VPN so i can play games and access Steam Global from China. And now that they force that i probably won't be able to play because i have 2 choices. One is an ultra restricted account (Which i don't want) or Trying to setup a PSN account through that VPN and maaaaaybe getting banned. I'm at the point now of thinking if i should just stop playing because it wouldn't be worth the headache.
People’s reactions are justified because what if Sony decides after this that you need a PSN+ account to play the game since its online only
I mean I’ve not played the game for a month, and like Destiny 2 full whip of progress this seems more like the perfect jumping off point. It was a fun 20-30 hours
