Oh girl you never tell a judge “that’s your opinion.” 🤦🏻♀️🤣
Unless you're a fool!😂😂😂
Never
Getting The People's Court vibes.
@@KPD017 said a small prayer for that girl after she said that ☠️
Derp ... 🤣
The first defendant made her attorney look like a complete idiot.
I suspect she is
@@angelarobertson6398
What's your CV?
😂
@@angelarobertson6398 Probably way smarter than you being an attorney
The attorney certainly misrepresented the state of this young woman. Got a job...babysitting for her relative, my idea of sober!
@@deucedeuce333Either she was dumb enough to lie to the court or she was dumb enough to take a drug addict's word for it. I'm no attorney, and I'm smart enough not to do either.
Why isn't the car thief in jail for at least a year? She drugged the guy. Something is wrong with today's justice system.
Why is she living at her Grandma’s house with her mom, kids, and a bunch of family members? I feel like some elder abuse is going on.
That was crazy! I can only inside the trauma that man went through. No doubt he'll think twice before letting a woman into his home. Yikes!
@@ThatGirlLibThat's a strange assumption. It's pretty common in Latin American households for many family members to live together. It's most likely a chaotic family that was partially created by grandma and mom.
@@VioletJoy Not when one of them is a meth head -- and not that many people.
She giving her one chance as she was on drugs and supposedly attempting to get clean and back in school with a job. Now if she Violates any probation terms, this judge is known to have zero tolerance and typical give max sentence and will more then likely be way more then 1 year if she screws up. Plus a tap evaluation could mean she still has to do Impatient care which means she could could still have to go to a Institution if recommend.
I get giving people second chances for non violent offenses, if it their first time and due to addiction.
The lies and deceit are endless with the first defendant. Even the defense attorney is lying. Poor grandmother has a house full of leaches.
The defense atty's reputation took a hit with the judge.
Leaches is a good word
Different types of sobriety?
Yeahņ
Yeah, it's so bad that even the person who uploaded this video was lying when they made the title.
Poor Judge Boyd, she sounded tired and soooo fed up with this stupid woman. I don’t know how she deals with such bull dust every day
She’s a judge, she likes dealing with people like this, that’s why she went to school to do it 😂🤣
😂😂😂
That woman has not taken accountability for anything. She drugs a man, steals a car, takes his personal property, she gets busted with it and she denies everything, then lies about what drugs she is on. Boyd should of sentenced her.
Agreed
She was sentenced & then placed on probation.
Your right, she's going to be a repeat offender
@@PAMELAPORTER-ci7mr you know I meant sent to prison. Its deferred judication. Its just another name for probation with conditions to get better
@@amck72I wouldn’t worry … she’s bad to the bone and without a very serious attitude adjustment she will be back in front of judge Boyd very soon. Deferred adjudication requires ZERO crimes …not even jaywalking … for 2 years! She won’t last 6 months….
Judge Boyd is a rockstar. She’s so well articulated, intelligent, and understanding. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
She has a 14 year old child...what a horrible example she has set. Can't stand people that have children just because they can ..
Me too! What are we dogs?
Everybody can have se.x , even mentally ill people.
Children for benefits
This one is a real piece of work - meet a guy in a bar, drug him, steal his car and his debit card, and get caught, but, as usual, she says that she "didn't do that!" But his card was found in her purse! But she "Dint do nuffin"!! What a prize!!!
Well said
That’s an excellent summary!
The only discussed use of the debit card was for putting gas in the car. My greatest concern is for what she has done to her daughter’s sense of right and wrong. The daughter is 14. What will that child do with her own life? Will we be seeing her in front of Judge Boyd ?
@@sharondoan1447And her mother probably doesn't have much better behavior. So the cycle goes.
And the judge let her go free.
Nice pretend job. Nanny... for her sister, who lives in the same house as she does. Yeah. That wasn't just for court was it? Sigh
yeah, I take care of my relative, do home health care, odd jobs, landscaping (usually), and so on, the go-to "jobs" to claim when you haven't had a real job in so long you actually think the court is gonna buy it.
And the government is probably paying her to babysit her relative 😂
I have worked with homeless people for years, some are addicts. I had a man tell me he smokes meth because it helped him stop drinking. The addict's thought process is mind boggling.
An addict trading one addiction for another 😂
People always replace one addiction for another. It's really sad.
Purse: check
Flowers: check
ISSUE MANAGEMENT: check
Style: BANG BANG BANG
Saw an interview. Her mom buys her purses! Wants her baby stylin'!
The first defendant who drugged some guy, stole his car and his credit card should have been locked up instead of getting probation. I was shocked that her attorney had the nerve to protest giving this poor guy restitution. All that I could think as I was watching this defendant was how many other people she has drugged and ripped off. On a side note, her tears as she was being sentenced highlighted how diabolical she is and how little regard she has for anyone except herself.
She will end up in jail anyways. She won’t be able to stay sober. She doesn’t think she has a problem.
Yes she should
Not protest giving him restitution the concern was the amount. This is how I know a lot of yall just don't listen yet you talk crap on these people not listening
Too many chances for these thugs who do serious crimes! Why not jail that woman for at least 5 years for grand theft!
@@ZZ-yw5sh Exactly.
Dont think wiping wet eyes is something Judge Boyd falls for
Crocodile tears! Fake as she is!! And she's got a kid?? I feel sorry for the kid!!
it was hilarious that she had to keep up the fake boo hooing for 5 long minutes because the judge refused to look at her!
She kept doing it until the Judge saw her
Here's the thing... 😂
She was crying happy tears, that she was not going to jail.
This wonderful Judge doesn’t run to give anyone jail time: she first tries to give the person a chance to get help first💯💯💯
She gives one chance. There's zero leeway after that.
It is sad that when she does since it doesn't make any difference to these criminals because she knows she will see them again pretty soon!!!
The fastest way to a judge's heart is to call jurisprudence "opinion" and interrupt them while they're talking.
So lenient.
If a man did the exact same crime they would throw the book at him and bury him under the prison.
Not this judge bc she has done the same for males in her courtroom many, many times.
After everything she did to that guy they’re gonna argue restitution?! WTF. You should be in prison for like 10 years for what you did to him and you’re gonna argue money?!
I don’t know about 10 years, but some jail time for sure yes.
Absolutely 10 yrs or more. She went home with him and DRUGGED him! My gawd what if he had an allergic reaction or worse a potential for severe permanent damage. There was less risk if she was drunk or drugged behind the wheel, we offer ZERO tolerances for such. So in review, she should have been jailed!
@@SupportTheArts-yo8ox Im not trying be a smartass but if this happened to your husband or your son do you think 10 years would be appropriate?
Who would allow a person who was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle and who was a chronic meth user to take care of their kids?
She isn’t. She and her aunt, supposedly the mother of the kids, her mother her kid and lots of people are taking advantage of the grandmother, living in her house, and probably the 14 year old is watching the kids. Judge Boyd really messed up on this one. As did the prosecution. It was undercharged. It wasn’t taking a car without permission, it was auto theft, burglary, and assault by drugs. The judge can’t sentence someone on whom the prosecution dropped the ball.
This woman is a danger to the public.
She will not finish what she's supposed to. They already set up a hearing to argue about it. I'm sure the Judge has an inkling of a feeling that Garza will mess up and do her time behind bars..
Her relative.
Family. They're probably all the same. Those poor children.
@@Nikalette100I was totally shocked that her charges were so lenient. That poor man probably didn't know what hit him. You're right. She's a danger to society!
I'm going to guess that grandma is part of the problem. That's almost always how it goes. Just because someone is old doesn't mean they're a good person.
Funny how she kept trying to make the judge thinks she is crying. But judge kept her head down making notes. You could see the frustration on her face that judge refused to comment on her crocodile tears. She finally stopped rubbing them till the judge looked up then back to the wiping the eyes. Judge still ignored it. Too funny.
jocarp9364.....Lol. I know , Judge Boyd does that all the time, I always start to laugh a little because every one of them are always taking peeks at the judge to see if she is looking at them, And she NEVER is. Just like you said she's going through her papers and just looks so busy like
(oh your still here?)
She's supposed to be clean - but she doesn't see any issues with using marijuana! Ummm, hate to tell you but MARIJUANA IS ILLEGAL! SO YOU'RE NOT ACTUALLY CLEAN!! She should have put her entitled little ass in jail!! Lose the attitude or you will wind up in jail! But, chances are she's going to repeat her behavior because she's really not ready to deal with the issues that got her here in the first place!!
Hilarious! I noticed that after I read your comment! She’s not going to get ANY sympathy from Judge Boyd with tears! She gets annoyed with crying..😂
To be fair, she could have been crying. That has nothing to do with anything.
Y’all notice how the tears started as soon as Judge Boyd said “UA HOTLINE” 😂😂😂
Can you tell me what UA is? I'm in Connecticut, and I've never heard of that.
@@shelitaw12 Urine Analysis love 😊
@monikaalvarez3174 Thank you.
So you can drug someone, steal his car and take his credit card and get no punishment, just a bit of probation for using mariguana. Where is justice for the victim?
Rule #1: Do not argue w/police report.
Exactly
All ays argue with the police report. It is one side of the story, and will always be slanted to explain/justify police actions.
you can argue with a police report, but not when you're in the middle of taking a plea deal that requires you to plead guilty or no contest
Nah. Sometimes, the police get it wrong. Sometimes, they flat out lie.
Just be able to defend your position.
I’m guessing you didn’t watch the Karen Read trial 😂

Oh hell yeah! She won’t last 6 months before she’s back before judge Boyd! She can’t control her mouth or her attitude!!!
@@MelanaCim waiting until then day she shows back up to court 😂😂
Why are these people so dumb? First, figure out if you can win a case. If you can’t, figure out how to minimize your punishment. These people seem to believe they can turn any fact into an opinion and argue themselves into the worst case scenario.
"i just feel that there's different types of sobriety." And That tells you Everything you need to know about her, and why she's before the judge.
Judge Boyd and her designer collection of bags in each video is everything! 💕
This Judge would be good at playing poker. She’s definitely has a poker face.
Imagine being cocky enough to tell a judge “That’s your opinion.”
beyond belief
What I don’t understand she knows what her court date is, but yet she decides to smoke the day before take that chance
No jail time for stealing a car, stealing and using a debt card. Unbelievable.
And allegedly drugging someone!
What is worse than Marijuana is THE LYING!! JUDGE BOYD ROCKS!! She knew this girl was blowing smoke up her A__!! She is such a wonderful JUDGE!! She has compassion but she does not like to be lied to.
This girl has a bad attitude - and a big mouth!! She needs to adjust that attitude or she's going to wind up in jail!!
@mariahillenbrand8396 YOUR absolutely right!! All she gad to do is adjust that attitude and things may have been a little different.! She lied right to the Judge's face, But Judge Boyd really does know people. I don't understand at ALL how so many people are so stupid getting high right before your court appearance? I mean "really " everyone of them, maybe a couple don't but than to say "yeah I would test clean your honor " Lol I think they all are losing way too many brain cells from the dope they are smoking because Seriously you really have to be extremely low in the brain to know your court appearance is soon and you actually think I'm cool they won't know. It's A COURT HOUSE IT'S A PLACE WHERE COPS ARE...IT'S THE PLACE ON THE WAY TO JAIL. IT'S WHERE YOU GO TO SHOW THE JUDGE HOW GOOD YOU ARE DOING!! WOW that's like having no brain that thinks. 😳
Judge wasn't wonderful enough to sentence her to a reasonable sentence though -- AKA immediate jail time for at least several years.
Blowing smoke… I see why you did there
Marijuana has been demonized. It’s safer than almost all of the “legal” drugs
Terroristic threat is a class 2 misdemeanor? Did I really hear that right? WOW
I think it depends on the level of threat? There must be a reason why it’s only a misdemeanor in Texas. I was kind of surprised at this as well.
Sobriety is what it says it is. Sober.
She's taking responsibility????? Is that what arguing the facts looks like?
Just admit to it I don’t get why ppl try to lie When the judge is asking u questions she already knows the answers She’s just trying to see if she will get an honest answer
Or if she doesn’t know for sure, she has a really good idea.
Nice flowers for the judge today
YES THE FLOWERS 💐 WAS GIVING I LOVE FLOWERS 💐 🤗
Judge is a flower …..wonderful person. I want her as the president of USA for 8 years.
Love the flowers too 💐
Dont lie to Judge Boyd, shell sniff it out like a teenager saying she isnt going to a party with a boyfriend.
What’s she crying about for ??
She is the one who got herself into this mess.😢😢
Crying is a natural human reaction.
She is a human being, not a computer.🙄
The first defendant said she was not able to keep a job for 5 years, due to being a meth addict. So she, her daughter, and a bunch of other lowlife relatives tell Grandma,
“Hey Granny, we all got issues. Can’t work, we all moving in. What’s for supper?” 😳
The defense attorney needs to stop ending every sentence like it is a question, she either knows the facts or she doesn’t. Too many women speak in this manner and it does nothing for credibility. Have confidence in yourself and spend time practicing making statements.
@EaseUpMN It's called "uptalk" and it, along with vocal fry, drives me crazy. It's always women and it's almost always white or Asian women, and they all seem to have that same look about them, and I don't know why they do it but it drives me insane.
Good advice
she drugs a guy steals his car and money and gets probation??? Seems a bit light. If a guy did that to a girl would the punishment be the same?
Hell to the no! A guy would absolutely be thrown in jail.
He would be doing decades.
So impressed with this judge. Talk about thorough!
How about punishing her? Holding her accountable? Never mind the histrionics, this lying, entitled gal needs to know what consequences for crime feel like.
I was shocked that her sentence was so light. I understand that it was a plea deal, but still! That was a very serious offense!
The sad part is she will violate! And ppl who do lesser crimes will go to jail. I feel like if it's victimless crimes should get probation. However if you have felonies or repeat offender, absolutely no probation. Because all probation is, supervised babysitting😮 💯
Why is the prosecution not, charging for assault by drugging him, stealing his car, his bank card, using it, and then lying. If it was a man that would be 5 to 10 years in prison. Unbelievable. Boyd is going soft. She does get the facts and make probation as hard as jail.
Dont like her Attorney one little bit. Too cocky by far.
Right? That seems quite serious.
She will f up again. I can almost guarantee it. There is no way living in a house with , oh let's say no less than 10 people. She will F up.
Deferred adjudication? For what she has done, both at time of the crime and subsequent behavior, there really is no justification for such leniency. Whatever
You didn't finish, what were you going to say after whatever?
Yeah she should’ve gotten, at the very least, probation with a conviction. Even some time in jail as part of probation.
Im curious... how big is her Grandmas house? Lol how in the world do u fit ALL those people in 1 house?!
I think we ALL wanna know this.
I know a lot of Hispanics, it'll be 15 to 20 of them in a 3 bedroom, NS my ellie and her 2 sister and 8 kids all their men lived in a 3 bedroom house, when I lived in Dallas. A lot of them be illegal and come to the US to work and go back and forth to Mexico. The money exchange was crazy. And the Africans will have 10 kids in a 3 or 4 bedroom. It's more common than ppl think😮 💯
Dang, all that lying and still no jail. Judge, what is going on?
I have to wonder. But the state recommended deferred. What if she does something worse? I bet Judge Boyd is betting she won't complete the requirements
I have a feeling she won’t be successful with probation.
The Judge would need a very good reason to NOT follow recommendations. The judge also knows that this mouthy little bad attitude standing there won’t last very long!
If she completes probation…good for her but I don’t see it happening sadly
The jails and prisons are full.
Female privilege + race card = wrist tap.
Lawd!!! Some folks make my brain cells itch! I know her attorney is pissed.
I’m shocked at her excuses 😮! Also shocked that her Attorney has her hands in her pockets 😮
Having a job & not stealing is being a decent human being at the very least. You don’t get gold stars for that
She doesn’t have a job. She and her aunt and a bunch of other people live off of grandma and sometimes she watches a kid or two.
That poor g'ma. 😢
No, I didn't do it! Debit card in my purse? I didn't put it there! Does she even know how to tell the truth? This judge is so compassionate. I hope this woman takes advantage of this opportunity for a life outside of prison.
Defense atty. must have hoped that the police report would not have been read. Very revealing. Not to mention the marijuana use!
I’m amazed by the interpreter. Being able to hear and interpret in real time is impressive!
Absolutely agree, never ceases to amaze me. 👍🏻 I speak a 2nd language fluently but couldn't possibly do that job!
Judge! She drugged, robbed and stole a man’s car and no jail time??? Is this court in NY.
No, NY would have locked her up over all of that
WOW !!!!
Poor Grandma 😢😢😢
I hope she has a BIG HOUSE 😮😮
The first case for stealing a car and a Debit card from a dude she drugged, it would have been easier to sit in jail.
What BS that WE had to pay for a translator and public defender for this criminal! 😵💫
She is wiping her eyes to impress the Judge
😂 I saw that. Judge Boyd completely ignored her lol
I learned something new today!
There are different levels of sobriety!
Who knew???
The one she has is normally called California Sober. Just can't be that when you're in Texas lol.
I have a relative who started on weed at age 19, and became addicted to many different drugs, sequentially, including alcohol. No H or meth. For her, weed doesn’t count, but her life was a complex mess, she looks 20 years older than she is, and has been addicted to weed for 50 years. Smokes several times a day.
In her defense, as far as marijuana, I agree. Although one needs time follow the law I think it’s beyond ridiculous that marijuana is still illegal in a number of states.
@@Nikalette100 sorry to hear that, but not everyone who smokes weed 94 otherwise used cannabis becomes a hardcore druggie. We can’t out that on everyone. Quite frankly, I find nicotine to be FAR more dangerous overall , yet those are legal.
The dolmetscher worked very well - great job!
Texas needs to drop the marijuana bs. I don't smoke personally but illegal marijuana at this point is literally only so the state can collect revenue from fines. Alcohol over pot? Yeah, okay.
Not necessarily at all. It is dangerous to drive under the influence, which is often the case. I agree that it should be legalized, but you know that many people aren't using it safely.
@@VioletJoy definitely not advocating for driving under the influence of anything at all. But, alcohol is a far worse culprit for those who choose to make those kinds of dangerous, and reckless choices.
His lead Attourney needs to be admonished…he Knew she denied a continuance and Intentionally
Defied her orders to be present.
So if you smoke in a legal state then get in trouble in Texas. The previous smoking could be held against you?
If you are high in Texas, yes. Medical marijuana is only legal in certain circumstances. So yes, it is illegal. I do agree that it should be legal, but unfortunately it isn't.
Mostly comes up if you're under felony indictment in TX and you've been ordered to 1. be in TX and 2. not do illegal stuff while there
A meth user is a nanny?????
for her sister who lives in the same house !! 😅
Tells you what kind of family. Why would the sister let a meth user take care of her children.
There is no way that Judge Boyd can keep the mother from being with her daughter unsupervised. That is Judge Boyd playing a power trip. Plus she gives way to much unsolicited advise at the end of the hearing.
She had other CPS issues. They didn't get into detail, but CPS had already been involved, and she was on supervised visitation beforehand.
She actually can make whatever conditions she wants so long as it fits with the crime committed, and she can say whatever she wants (short of being blatantly disrespectful or making threats or something like that).
She jacked this guy After drugging him.
How Rude…..
The Judge really cares for this young mother.
Thank you.
I get frustrated because this judge gives women defendants way too many breaks.
I'm a career Nanny. She is a babysitter, not a Nanny.
She probably said that to make her sound more professional
Once she denied she had the debit card she should have been put in jail. However they need to legalize marijuana in Texas.
Nope.
There is no safe level of exposure to second hand smoke per the American Lung Association.
I have a neighbor who smokes tobacco and weed, smoke of which floats into my house. I much prefer the tobacco. It is gone quickly, The weed is so much more toxic and lingers much longer.
It causes physical and psychological distress. Too bad it is legal in CA. Don’t be so sure every state will legalize it.
@@Nikalette100 Yeah, pot smokers are irritating. I've always seen it as the drug of stupid people. I can't imagine something so addictive that people are willing to break the law just to use. I don't think I've ever smelled cannabis at all, but I also think some tobacco smells nice.
This judge is ridiculous!!!! The amount of money this will cost the state is WILD!
One the 2nd case. After asking if he was a U.S. Citizen, and receiving an answer "NO," she should have followed up with "Did you come here legally or are you a criminal invader?"
Agreed
It always makes me laugh when they say they will be deported because you know half the time they're not anymore
I'm not sure why they don't. It's crazy that they continue without having ice come and get them.
That’s not a question a judge would ask; only their status. I believe they also said he was on ICE hold.
I don’t think that’s for the judge to ask. That’s outside of her purview, I believe. She only has to let the defendant know that this conviction could cause immigration issues.
Why did she say she was clean 😂😂
Drugged a guy and stole his car, stole his debit card, lied about stealing his card in court, lied about being sober in court, argued with the judge, given deferred. Disgustingly soft Judge Boyd.
She said that she found the debit card in his truck and thought it belonged to a friend! Sorry sweetie but YOUR NAME IS IN YOUR DEBIT CARD!! TRY AGAIN!!! And she tells Judge Boyd (when she called her out on using marijuana) "well, that's your opinion!" Hate to tell her but HER OPINION IS THE ONLY OPINION THAT MATTERS!! So you better zip it before she sends you to jail little girl!! It's called Before you shoot your mouth off, be sure your brain is loaded!! Because it could get you into a lot of trouble!!!
Judge Boyd is usually pretty hard on people. One thing you are not taking into consideration is that she's not going to be able to uphold all that Judge Boyd is having her do. She'll be back and Judge Boyd knows this.
Best continuing advice (off the record) from Judge Boyd.
When she said "nanny" I said ooof right out loud lol. We know Judge Boyd doesn't play with children. I also doubt that's a real full time job. So she bragged about being clean and the job, both not 100% true.
She sounds like a great judge. If this lady actually has the right idea on rehab. No nonsense verdict. Let's hope she follows these orders.

Judge Boyd is such a fair and great judge! She deserves a higher seat than the one she is on .
She is pleading no contest but then she goes on to admit to everything. That defeats the purpose of a no contest plea.
"What do you mean, what did I do?"
Omg, this is gonna be a good one!
Suspect that’s YOU
Yackety-yackety-yackety. She's trying hard not to face the music.
How many actually complete all of these compared to how many don't or can't? That's a whole heck of a lot.
Absolute truth - no one will change one self until that person is ready for themselves. It doesn't matter how much they get locked up, how many things they are told they need to complete or how many years of probation etc... Until that person is completely ready then that person, alone will take the necessary steps to fix themself.
I always love seeing what purse Judge Boyd is wearing!
"That's your opinion?" I am 41 years old, and yes, I've never been in more trouble than a speeding ticket, but I would willingly sew my mouth shut before speaking to a judge this way. There are certain people or entities you don't fu** around with, and a judge is one of them!

I do not understand our judicial system these days no wonder no one has any fear of committing a crime any longer. Punishment had gotten so lax
Ohhh emmm geeee! The girl should not speak! She is just digging herself a bigger and bigger hole. Judge Boyd is brilliant really. Nothing slips by her.
Criminal says she doesn't recall the police "mentioning the debit card" - How about you don't recall taking the debit card, the car, etc.?
Welcome to adulthood!
It's time to stop partying and get new "friends."
I love this judge, she doesnt play!
First case she went abive and beyond, though i woukdve tossed that plea bargain right out as soon as the defendant tried to lie about what happened despite having the police report literally read to her
It’s sad when you have someone pushing for you to be a better parent and person but they get mad and make it feel like they’re getting punished!! Wtf?
