Alternatively, you just wipe them with tissues, and their fine too. This method of washing is usually more common in traditional tea houses or dim sum restaurants, mostly of Guandong (Canton) province. Most East Coast provinces are rapidly transforming into cosmopolitan mega cities, and what you see now will be different again when you come back in a few years' time. There is even more places to visit. You have just only scatched the surface.
