I had the same problem as yours and it frustrated me for months I was looking for how to upload the edit without the quality dropping on Instagram, UA-cam, and Tiktok, then I found out the key to it is in Media Encorder, maybe in the future I will upload a render guide there brother, in the meantime search UA-cam for guides they will help to you

The preset it’s the twixtor that i made in this video if you too lazy you can download it and use the preset
