JESUS! I know you must be hearing this a lot but, you are sooo beautiful. I am convinced an African woman is most beautiful with her natural hair, her beauty is just unparalleled.
Girrrllll! Thank you for the tip about not letting the end split! I always wondered how this was achieved. I am 2.5 yrs into the natural Journey and I thank you so much for this tip. I could cry.!😍💯
the perfect twist out, whether it's a 2-strand or 3-strand twist out, takes time and effort to achieve AMAZING results. So glad to see a well-done twist out. I get my inspiration from videos like this and can finally say I've mastered the perfect twist out for my own 4-c, low porosity, thick hair. I make my own DIY products as well to achieve the perfect balance between nourishment and optimum hold for my hair. I've documented my own version of the perfect twist-out on my UA-cam channel and am glad to see others achieve beautiful results as well!
Omg! I’m new here. First let me say you have beautiful hair. My hair is about the same length and I’m going to try this. Thank you so much for sharing. I definitely didn’t know to leave the end of the twist closed. Great tip😍
Your video was a huge help for me. Recently, I stopped wearing wigs and weaves and a bit hesitant about managing the natural TWA. Yesterday my stylist suggested twists and wanted me to see images on Google. My hair is like a 4c, very soft vs. coarse . It becomes like a sponge once my hair dries after I put in curl activator cream conditioners .i have not really like that look. This morning I took out my little twits and I am very pleased with the results. My stylist noted you instruct us not totally unwind the strands and it makes total sense. I agree with others, your tutorial/video is simple and gets to the point quickly. Nicely, done!
I've been wearing twistouts lately and I definitely appreciate that tip to leave the very end twisted. I'm gonna do that tonight when I twist my hair up for tomorrow.
I am so happy I found this video. I officially have a little over 3 inches of hair and wanted to try to do a little more with my hair. I'm excited to try this on my 4C hair! 😍
This is a beautiful look Carmen. I am going to try that technique for taking down the twist outs. You are hands down the queen of making top-notch two minute videos. Your videos are quick and precise. Love them!
So glad to see you back doing hair tutorial. It looks like you are growing you hair out again and leaving you short hair behind. It looks good. Keep tutorials coming.
This is such a beautiful style. I have natural hair and am in the process of growing out my Mohawk. This looks simple enough to define my curls. Thanks for the video!!
I absolutely love this shape! I have had my hair cut in this style many many times when I was relaxed and twice unrelaxed. I cut my hair off again last April and in the process of growing it out. I promised my children I wouldn't cut my hair for two years and let me tell you it is HARD not to lol. And your video is not making it any easier lol. Beautiful hair!!
I love this!!! My daughter and I are transitioning and she's going to high school and this chunky twist out is perfect!!! I'm trying this on her tonight!!!! Thanks love!!!!! 😘❤️😘 I give this tutorial 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Beautiful tutorial...I looove my kinky hair...We are learning there's more ways to skin a cat...Hehe! We black women can do so many beautiful hairstyles with natural hair!
This is the first time I have seen the twist out taken down and the ends kept in tack. I always wondered why my twist outs turned into an afro. Thank you so much for this tutorial. Your hair is lovely.
These twists looks gorgeous...I recently cut my hair into a style similar to yours...but was not sure what else to do with it as it grows out...been looking wild lately.. even when i tried twist outs. but i see the technique is in how the twists are untangled...will try them again.
I always learn something watching your videos... I always pull the twists apart but Im gonna try this for sure... Thanks Carmen! My daughter's name is Carmyn too, btw
One of our Sisters commented on another Natural channel that because her hair is thin, she can't wear chunky twists, 🤦🏾♀️. You just proved her wrong & I've been wearing them. I'm short in front, medium back, 4C, Thin & just like you, I get great results with my chunky twists. Sometimes I leave them twisted & sometimes I take them apart, either way I'm looking good in the neighborhood 😎. Long or Short, Thick or Thin, Chunky or Mini = We OWN twists/twist outs!
JESUS! I know you must be hearing this a lot but, you are sooo beautiful. I am convinced an African woman is most beautiful with her natural hair, her beauty is just unparalleled.
