Sat here with my jaw dropped and not trying to do several things at once on my phone! You do amazing work, and like others have said, your free hand drawing the continents is impressive! ❤👏🏆
Wow! The colours just pop! I will never get over your skills, especially the free-hand drawing of the continents, but the finishing off with that gorgeous blue... Magnifico!
i agreed with everyone,,watching these thing's being created, no artificial noise or silly music,is incredible food for the brain,,,,,,,,,,,,well done, brilliant.......
At first I thought "Great, another colored pencil project." But then I realized it was Andy Phillip so I gave it watch. As always, I was not disappointed. Well done sir.
@PChan-yt4uf - _WASTED_ them?! He literally immortalized them. If you called this a waste, I’d love to see you do something better. If you don’t, can’t or just won’t, then you are just a troll who’s full of it.
This is the first time I've seen your work .. at every stage, it was beautiful..but the masterpiece at the end was exquisite.. you were touched from the craftsmanship of angels .
😲🤩🤩 No way!! 🤩 I have literally NEVER seen anything like this before - and I’m O.L.D. 😂 Well done, Sir! 👏👏👏 It’s like watching the world’s most proficient bubble-jet or 3-D printer, but a gazillion times more creative and amazing. Even more impressive, you didn’t leave Tasmania off the map❣️
@@t3hpenguinofd00m well, it could be a sphere, I don't really care, it's as likely to be a simulation though.....bottom line, physics describes a level plane, a horizon where lines of perspective merge and the atmosphere, layered over distance, thickens and becomes opaque, a veil, but zooming in unveils the hidden landscapes/objects that would usually be described as behind the curve. Very relaxing to watch, thank you🖤 Part of me wishes the resin for the ocean was transparent because of how pretty the coloured pencil cores looked shining through the dark dye that you applied before the resin 🥰
Wow! Watching the craftsmanship was captivating, and exhausting from all the work, but I couldn’t stop watching. Ingenious! I’m now gonna take a power nap.
I wasn’t sure where it was going when you cut out the oceans but after seeing the end result I’m amazed. What a beautiful work of art. Love the swirls in the blue resin.
This is so beautiful! You are a very talented man. I can only imagine how many hours of practise you have done to get to this stage of your craft! Gorgeous!
I’m not sure how UA-cam decided I might like to watch this but it’s totally cool and really interesting and fun. The end product, that globe, it’s so cool! I had no idea what you were doing at the beginning… this was just wonderful!!!
Andy, this was very relaxing and fun to watch. You are a master craftsman/artist - an amazing combination of working with tools and artistry. So grateful I got to see this.
Fascinating! The end result always exceeds my imaginings. And your apparent ability to eyeball anything from a perfect sphere to a full-on map of the world is extremely impressive! 😮😆 Seeing the world in 3D like that really hammers home just how much of the globe's surface is under water and still largely mysterious to us, even in this modern day...?
Somehow I am reminded of the god in Terry Pratchett's The Last Continent who can make anything at all but when he gets upset can't resist making a new sort of beetle. Every so often you revert to pencils. Combining them with one of your amazing freehand globes takes them to a whole new level.
Excellent! Again. I liked the early stages again for making the best ever Lamps out all your excellent work efforts. You had during your process multiple times different styles that would work great or table Vase's.
I hate to see what a free hand drawing of the world would look like if I did that. It's a good thing we have you to do it 😀 Another great piece, thanks for sharing!
If you are a creative person, you do things like this for fun. It doesn’t matter if some people don’t like it. Many of us do, each to their own. It’s absolutely beautiful & the skills on display blew me away. 🙌🙌🙌
Ladies and gentlemen, what do we say when resin appears at the beginning of a turn?? It's no fun unless there are cobwebs, lots and lots of cobwebs !! That was amazing Andy. It's really nice.
WoW... That is seriously amazing. At every step I thought, "Oh, he's ruined it now." But nope, each step was merely an unexpected enhancement, not revealed until the end. You have a God given talent Sir.
Oi vey. Here’s to hoping you’re being facetious. Because if you’re not, then please learn to appreciate good craftsmanship or just don’t bother to comment. Thanks
Colored pencils are meant to make art, are they not? You’ll sharpen them until they’re too small to be of use, and then throw them away, yes? This man has A, made art with the pencils and B, probably thrown away about the same amount of wood shavings and lead that the average person would just using them to draw a picture. This is just a bit cooler. He didn’t waste it, merely made a different form of art than what you would expect from colored pencils. And, it looks awesomesauce.
Thats pretty satisfying to watch you create. I would totally mess that up. I’ve always wanted a lathe so I could learn how to turn. I believe it would be nice and therapeutic.
This is so fascinating! I was mesmerized. Some people commenting here would ask daVinci & his Mona Lisa..."Why? What a waste...You could have used that paint to make parking lot lines!" Keep up the great work!!!
Good on you sport, pays to have all the right tools and what-not ay, just have to hustle the granddaughter for half of her stationary....the reaction is priceless
I will tell you this. Point blank this is the most relaxing and entertaining video I have watched on UA-cam in a long time.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks
I feel so relaxed, this was soothing. I'm ready for sleep snd I'm on nigthshift
I totally agree. So relaxing.
Sb mowing and sb power washing is relaxing as well
Sat here with my jaw dropped and not trying to do several things at once on my phone! You do amazing work, and like others have said, your free hand drawing the continents is impressive! ❤👏🏆
TOTALLY DID NOT COME TO UA-cam TO SEE THIS….but now I’m hooked 😳
Me too 😆
Same here
Same for me! Amazing! 🎉
It's a yesss for me 😊👍
Haha igual que yo n_n 😄😄
Yep.
My man just woke up one day and said, hmm lemme get some pencils and make a lil globe. Now that's real creative art. Glad I watched this
Has ANYONE noticed that the spinning looked like Jupiter at it's WORST 😂🤔👀❤️💯🇺🇲
Every once in a while, you come across an artist who has not only innovated an art form, but also created it. Shocking what you may find on UA-cam.
Wow! The colours just pop! I will never get over your skills, especially the free-hand drawing of the continents, but the finishing off with that gorgeous blue... Magnifico!
Thank you so much
That's a beautiful idea.❤
Frickin awesome 👍 like seriously amazing awesome ❤❤❤❤ like wow can't even believe this great talent.

I love how you free hand draw a pretty accurate map of the world in that. Smooth. Very, very smooth
I was just thinking exactly this 👌🏻
Sorry to burst your bubble, but its obviously not free hand as you can see the outline he's going over. Still a lovely piece.
@@richardmclaughlin362 Andy "freehanded" the outline.
And also the world's shape is not round like a football! 😂. Obviously it's flat.

I don't get it why he needs to waste perfectly good colour pencils to make this.

That is so beautiful. I love how the blue resin made swirls resembling the ocean 🌊
This could be the most remarkable craft video I have EVER seen. This man’s skill is unbelievable!
Thanks
A pencil sculpture always has a point to it. ✏️
Beautiful art!
Never seen anything like this before. Was utterly amazing ❤ hats off to your mad skill for seeing the end product in your minds eye 👌

I started this video out of curiosity, viewed it in its entirety in fascination, and finished very impressed. You, sir, are an artiste.
As much as I love the resin pour videos, man that cleanup of all the resin flying everywhere during the turning must be such a pain!
