So your endurance definitely got better! You started walking like 20 more floors consistently than the beginning in the same amount of time! A non scale victory forsure 🔥
your face looked thinner and your complexion looked much clearer by the end of the video. good job.. i plan on doing the same 1hr/30day challenge this month, and like you will focus on slow to moderate pace.
sorry for the late response :( i personally started at the lowest level since i had the goal to do it for 1 hour plus i was a out of shape lol. then as time went by, i increased the levels little by little.
I'm surprised you started with 60 minutes... Once your heart rate is above 60% of max, you are burning carbs from your liver, not fat directly from your booty AND it only takes 15 minutes to burn up that sugar. So, besides the five minutes to warm up and the five to cool down, the benefit of going over 25 minutes into cardio would be easier achieved doing a set or two on the leg press machine. (Strength) After that 25 minutes, it's how you are breathing hard after the workout is done, with increased oxygen intake continuing to burn liver sugar after the workout. Which creates the idea to do cardio longer when you hit a plateau... But you started at 60 minutes... I'm pretty sure you don't want to go for longer... So, yeah, unfortunately, the only way to break your progress plateau is to add in muscle strengthening, which will increase oxygen intake longer than cardio will and will give your body another thing to recalibrate to.
Sorry for responding so late, but i did do 30 days in a row BUT listen to your body! take rest days if you need to. I don't know how much weight i lost since i didnt weight myself after.

It’s the determination for me!
One hour? Oh fuck. I can barely do 20 minutes lol. And that's already me pushing it. I even feel like passing out
This made me laugh, "so I just washed all of ny gym clothes, who has time for colour in their life... not me" 😂hahahahhaah
You are so funny 😭😭😭 I love that you decided not to weight/measure yourself. It’s something I struggle with a lot but I’m working on it :)
Hi great video congrats to you! I'm going to start tomorrow with the stairmaster again, doing it for an hour. Which levels should you recommend?
