Kieran.. sambal is basically ''Malay thick red chilli sauce''.. Sambal is a sauce and it doesn't mean chilli.. depending on the cook it doesn't have to be hot.. you will hear the word sambal a lot in Malay cuisine.. the Malay will cook most things in sambal sauce.. its a staple food.. i.e... Sambal Ayam.. or Sambal Kambing.. or Sambal Ikan so it goes on.. you can search on the utube cooking channel for various Sambal recipe's.. there are thousands of them..
Roti Boom is sweet version of roti canai, there are many types/versions of roti/roti canai..Hari Raya,(eid mubarak) is near, you will see a lot of lemang (sticky rice in bamboo) and rendang, do try it 👌 our popular dish especially during Hari Raya 🌟
Ah yes! I saved it for the next day in the end! 😃 I reviewed it in my first Ramadan Bazaar video, but I can confirm that I loved it a lot! One of my favourites so far 😍
if you stay longer, you will be the second Rhys William.. he always lapar for years..😂
FYI the dumplings sold at the ramadan bazaar are halal, meaning they use chicken. Whereas at Jalan Alor they are non halal meaning containing pork.

The name of the fruit is kundang, not kandang. Sambal is not chilli. Sambal is made from chilli. The thing that you call barbecue chicken is pau
Ahhh okay that’s amazing! Thank you for the corrections, I appreciate it 😃

Arsenal? What about Liverpool, Chelsea or MU?
Chelsea would be my pick!
Pau and dim sum in bazaar are halal, no pork. So taste is different from real Chinese dim sum restaurants.
It was so tasty.... Definitely something I'll be getting again! I think the Pau was my favourite!
have you ever wonder almost every one can speak english? 😀
