My first experience with FH was FH2, in 2014. I fell in love instantly. At the time, EDM was exploding here in the States, and I was discovering it and getting HOOKED. It was everywhere, I call it the "Golden Age" of EDM. The opening cinematic (which wasn't shown here sadly) was awesome, and the intro, driving through the cliffs of the Mediterranean in a Lambo, combined with Liberate by Eric Prydz was an exquisite opening, and this game furthered not only my love for EDM (I found so many great artists/songs), but also my appreciation for open world racers. FH2 will always hold a soft spot in my heart, and I've played every FH since.
Everyone is really good in it's own right driving along the breathtaking seaside in fh2, getting to drive the multitude of types in fh3, driving through the seasons in fh4 and the absolute hype that is fh5 but the best for me is fh1 first driving in the big leagues showing you what will be possible then showing what you really are an underdog racing against lambos and Ferraris in your golf for a spot in the festival and the chance to show what you've got for me that's what horizon is all about
@@AleksandrRudiak to be honest i just said the first vw that looked like it that came to mind, didn't even even know that one existed and was expecting someone would correct me, thanks for the info
FH4 Brings back such fond memories. It was the first game I played when I got my own xbox multiple years ago and the amount of joy I had in this game and still am going to have is unexplainable. FH4 is about 6 years old by now and is unfortunately coming to an 'end' too now, starting with it going offsale at the end of this year. I'm glad that the game will still have online features available for the time being.
Seeing Forza horizon 2 again made me start cry from all the memories I had with the game. I pre order Forza horizon 5 premium edition with the treasure map
I mean, you didn't have to cut the race scenes, I thin we all love watchin them full. Thanks a lot for your video. On tear fall down when I saw that first Horizon intro again. It's such a beautiful memory, thanks.
Other intros were sick, but the Forza Horizon 2 truly brought tears to my eyes Man....now I wanna go back and ride my customized LaFerrari once again in FH2
The games are all fun, but FH1 has the most authentic "car-guy" atmosphere. The other intros, especially FH3 - 5, all feel synthetic. I could easily get myself immersed into FH1, but have a hard time doing so in the later games.
@@thefatcatcompany2021 yeah i think a lot of people do but i think the freedom of a sandbox game draws a larger audience to the game which is what they were going for, it's something to mess around with while you're playing instead of following a story, like fh4 drew in a lot of my family to racing games when it released cause it was more appealing to them in some ways
fh1 was great it really it actually made you feel like you were part of the game and it really had a better story line in my opinion and so did horizon 2 and i think horizon 5 is bringing that back but the intro to fh1 was lowkey plain
I think 4 or 5 are my favorite intros in the series. Not because of graphics, but just the experience you get introduced into. They're all great and nostalgic, though.
Goosebumps. And watery eyes. Played the game up from FH3 when it came to PC (had to get a new GPU, because the RAM on my old card was too low, then had to build a whole new PC around that GPU xD), but DAIM, can those guys at Playground bring a exhillerating intro to a racing game.
Damn, I miss just how much character the first Horizon had. The story, the rivals, the atmosphere running around Colorado. Everything down to the tachometer screamed "party hard!" We definitely need this back.
I have so many great memories playing Forza Horizon 4. Thank you Playground Games. And of course, thank you again for introducing Starset - Satellite to us.
FH1 holds a special place in my heart. It may not have the best graphics but I look back fondly on starting from being a nobody and working my way up the leaderboard.
FH3 will always be my favorite The memories I've made while racing with random, cruising with friends and just barreling through obstacles without penalization (*cough* FH4) made lasting memories and I hope to make more on FH5 because that game might just catch up to the incredibly high bar FH3 set up for me Only complaint I have with FH5 is that I wish there was a big city life like in FH3.
"Hey guys you're listening to Horizon Bass Arena, with me Scott Tyler, on the first day of the Horizon festival..." this brings nostalgia really, really hard
Still think that FH4 has the best intro. Mostly because the music feels like it was tailor made for the opening, it's practically impossible to watch it without getting goosebumps.
Dude I remember going to my friends house back in middle school and seeing him play a racing game. I asked him what it was and he said it was called Forza Horizon. I went home and begged my mom to take me to gamestop to buy myself my own copy for my Xbox 360. I've played every Horizon game since.
This is amazing - Forza Horizon really is one of the best game series of all time. It's insane how a racing game can give you the feeling of pure joy of life, happiness and just good vibes and celebrating, it's truly unique 👍🏻
FH1 really had a bit of a NFSMW feel when it comes to graphics though the "event" to me felt more of a pressure than a warm welcome which is what they were trying to do but you just got the game so i am glad they improved the welcomes over the years~
it had the gloomy atmosphere of MW2005 and a lot of the same music as MW2012 I think but that may be because they were released so close to each other.
Thanks for watching!

FH2 will always hold a soft spot in my heart, and I've played every FH since.
Everyone is really good in it's own right driving along the breathtaking seaside in fh2, getting to drive the multitude of types in fh3, driving through the seasons in fh4 and the absolute hype that is fh5 but the best for me is fh1 first driving in the big leagues showing you what will be possible then showing what you really are an underdog racing against lambos and Ferraris in your golf for a spot in the festival and the chance to show what you've got for me that's what horizon is all about
it is not the golf tho it's Corrado
@@AleksandrRudiak to be honest i just said the first vw that looked like it that came to mind, didn't even even know that one existed and was expecting someone would correct me, thanks for the info
@@MrXtremedd really cool vw btw. As i remember has 4ws.
@@AleksandrRudiak and it was a best on dirt when upgraded. I used that car up to A class iirc.
The FH5 intros gives me goosebumps everytime
Fh1 is just beautiful, like it doesnt have imperfections its just beautiful
The FH2 intro brought back so many memories
Scott Tyler the man of the legendary Horizon Bass Arena
The Horizon series has some lovely intros, coming from someone who’s never played it. :)
Other intros were sick, but the Forza Horizon 2 truly brought tears to my eyes
Man....now I wanna go back and ride my customized LaFerrari once again in FH2
I got nostalgic watching the FH3 intro, that was the first horizon game I played. Good ol’ Warren was my favorite npc.
It's great to see how Horizon has progressed over the years and to be honest FH5 gives me a Fast 7 feel when they drop
Holyyyy that 1st forza horizon intro gave me goosebumps. Good old times
fh1 will be always my favourite horizon.
I love how simple FH 1 intro is. No planes droping cars or wtf over-the-top stuff. Just two cars racing on a colorado road
The games are all fun, but FH1 has the most authentic "car-guy" atmosphere. The other intros, especially FH3 - 5, all feel synthetic. I could easily get myself immersed into FH1, but have a hard time doing so in the later games.
to me it just looks like they shifted directions from that style of game to a more arcade sandbox style racing game
@@hollowverium which is to say I prefer having "that" type of game over having a sandbox.
Honestly fh1 is a perfect car games for car nerds, its sad that i dont get the car nerds atmosphere anymore in the newest fh games
Man what u got against fh3? I loved that intro it's feels free
The graphical jump from FH1 to FH2 is insane
FH1:Colorado
FH2:French
FH3:Australia
FH4:The great Britain
FH5:Mexico
*FH2: ...and Italy
France****
Hopefully there will be Japan in next game
Why do people think Forza horizon 2 is in France even though it's races are mostly in Italy bruh
@@XTRMXPRTKILR cus the map literally says France and Italy
Damn seeing the fh1 gave me a massive nostalgia trip and put a smile on my face, thanks dude
fh1 was great it really it actually made you feel like you were part of the game and it really had a better story line in my opinion and so did horizon 2 and i think horizon 5 is bringing that back but the intro to fh1 was lowkey plain
You're high
Forza horizon 4 intro means alot to me dad bought me the first forza horizon 4 i was very happy playing it all night. But now dad broke up with mom.
I think 4 or 5 are my favorite intros in the series. Not because of graphics, but just the experience you get introduced into.
They're all great and nostalgic, though.
I remember back in 2018 when I first got FH4, I was so hyped to play it.
Goosebumps. And watery eyes. Played the game up from FH3 when it came to PC (had to get a new GPU, because the RAM on my old card was too low, then had to build a whole new PC around that GPU xD), but DAIM, can those guys at Playground bring a exhillerating intro to a racing game.
I remember going to a GameStop and seeing FH2 on a steering wheel demo machine. Ended up getting a small setup later on
Fh1 intro with rusko. Used to make me want to drive the car even faster haha. Loved colorado as a setting
It's nice to be able to see the evolution in every later version. the graphics in FH4 and 5 is really something else!!!
I remember playing fh1 years ago :') was amazing to see the intro again
Damn, I miss just how much character the first Horizon had. The story, the rivals, the atmosphere running around Colorado. Everything down to the tachometer screamed "party hard!" We definitely need this back.
I have so many great memories playing Forza Horizon 4. Thank you Playground Games. And of course, thank you again for introducing Starset - Satellite to us.
I just love how horizon always takes you directly into the joy of driving, in best way possible.
The best game intro doesn’t exi-
There's something about Forza Horizon 4 intro, it's just... I can't explain it.
Good old England matey.
Horizon knows how to make an entrance. change my mind.
Such nostalgia, I remember the first time I saw each of these intros. Thanks for the video.
fh4 is so good imo , the intro is insane
FH1 holds a special place in my heart. It may not have the best graphics but I look back fondly on starting from being a nobody and working my way up the leaderboard.
this is so mutch nostalgic...
No matter what others say, Forza Horizon 4's intro is a Masterpiece
FH3 will always be my favorite
The memories I've made while racing with random, cruising with friends and just barreling through obstacles without penalization (*cough* FH4) made lasting memories and I hope to make more on FH5 because that game might just catch up to the incredibly high bar FH3 set up for me
Only complaint I have with FH5 is that I wish there was a big city life like in FH3.
I love how you always see the main car of the previous game racing against you
FH1 will always be my favourite but I’m extremely biased.
Same
Yeah same, the nostalgia is insane
1 and 5 definitely have the best intros
FH2 will always be the one that like...got me hooked on the series, I even went back and played 1 and have been a fan of the series ever since.
FH1 and FH2 are super nostalgic to me
I used to play them for hours and hours exploring the map doing races etc
FH3 FH4 FH5 are fun as hell
Dude I remember going to my friends house back in middle school and seeing him play a racing game. I asked him what it was and he said it was called Forza Horizon. I went home and begged my mom to take me to gamestop to buy myself my own copy for my Xbox 360. I've played every Horizon game since.
You know the guy on the radio in the intros, are they all Scott Tyler?
Yeah
like lazlow in gta series
Yh man's my childhood been listening to bass arena for all the horizons
FH1 just holds such a special place in my heart for letting me live my car dreams in my own state.
Forza Horizon 1 was one of my favorites but FH5 has impressed me, it is also in Mexico!!!
Disfruten las maravillas que tiene nuestro pais 🇲🇽
Damn Mexico is sick but in fh5 there is a huge rendering bug If they can fix it we will be able to see your country’s real beauty congrats btw!
