Anytime!
Always a good day when we get a new video from the dirty motorcycle man
Thanks so much! ✌️
The fraggle rock character was “Trashy” talking trash pile😁
🤣
Well done for looking after the turtle.
Of course 😅💯 🐢
Happy Easter Joe
Cheers Matt ✌️ stay warm up there
Great video, bro. Keep it up. Got circulated well. Bet you had a good click-thru rate on this one.
Thanks man
Came across your video tonight, totally love what you do, and love the bike, would love to do what you got going on someday, hand in there brother, live Daytona as well, been going down from wv since 1985.
Thanks man! Hope you get to someday ✌️ cheers
U and Scott r like my spirit animals. Bro I'm 52 years old ride my 2020 softail as often as I can. Sux living the rat race. ❤ u guys. Stay safe ride on. Hope to catch up some day. Cheers
I can certainly sympathize with that! ✌️ thanks for watching brother
For real I'm glad they do what they do ..I've had Joe stay at my house before and the door is always open on his drive by...I met scotty many years ago , not really knowing who and what he was about ...peace
Just found the channel. Cool video. Subscribed ✌️
Glad you found me! ✌️😅
Very cool video really great camp set up nice camouflage trick
Thanks Art 😎
Man, my respect to you if you drove a motorcycle in the Philippines for any length of time. When I disembarked from the airplane a tad over twelve (12) years ago to test out early retirement, I had a plan. I said to myself, " I can go into Manila, purchase a new ride and use it every day unless it is pouring rain." That thought quickly dissolved after observing traffic on the General Douglas MacArthur National highway for a few weeks. . We have had many of our clients receive serious injuries over the years. We lost a young couple (yes, both of them DOA at the scene of the accident) days before their wedding. Two days ago, a client lost his foot while running his tricycle to earn a days pay. Practice situational awareness and stay safe!
It's a little hairy for sure, particularly in the big cities. This especially seems true for westerners who aren't used how traffic works in that part of the world. Frankly, I felt safer in some ways over there than I do in the US. It's all too easy to get drawn into a false sense of security over here
Loved the pre-production shot of coming out of the tent. Thanks for the tip about dual entry/exit points. Hadn't thought of that. Great video.
Thanks so much Gary 😎
Always good to get a video from Mr Joe👍🏻👍🏻
Glad you like them!!
I use a 10x20 camo tarp under the tent, wrap up over the back and suspend at the tent top, then suspend to form overhead cover. Adding local vegetation would make it really stealthy. You really need a solar charger for your laptop. A "12 volt" panel actually puts out more voltage in direct sun. Laptops need about 16-17 volts to charge. Finally see you eating something that looks edible.
Good idea 👍 I’m looking into those
Growing up on the east coast I have heard of Florida as gods waiting room
You know, I just heard someone say that recently. I’m some places, it’s not wrong.
Another great video. Thank you
You’re very welcome 😊
Another great video Joe. Keep 'em coming.
Como siempre hermano ✌️😎
Careful with the Spanish moss!
Mrs Tramp hipped me to the fact that it can be loaded with chiggers and sure enough, I set my tent up around a bunch of it and got eatin' alive!
Absolutely it is! Horrible stuff potentially
Ah, I posted something about green tarp (or paint) for the bike. I'm at the end of video now and see you got a tarp. 😁👍
😅
Love the camp !!!
Thanks bro!
Great vid bro. The Lenape Natives have stone kitchens throughout the mountains of P.A. that are hundreds of years old. I sat in one with a fold-up stone oven. You are finding home on earth, not in some township or city. Thanks Joe.
Very cool info!! ✌️ thanks
Great video. Joe you're a brave man camping in some of those places, I don't know if I'd be more concerned about animals or crazy druggies.
Thanks for the kind comment. I guess one gets used to such company 😅
Thats a great spot! I live in New port richey near there, I'm surprised there is any vacant land at all that's not privately owned, a state park or a swamp. I think it would be tough camping there in the summer due to the heat and humidity, and the bugs. I tried Ocala once in August it was brutal
Cool 😎 yeah once it starts heating up I’ll be headed north
My stomach/acid reflux was screaming this whole video watching you put that hot sauce on the pizza.. lol... Camp turned out good man!
Thanks man ✌️
Be careful down there in Florida, brother. That new squatter law could have unexpected consequences.
Good lookin out
Good video Joe , watch that hot sauce lol👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks man! 😅🔥
Thank you. Another great video! I love when things stay the same year to year.
Absolutely 💯
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the ride Joe
Anytime ✌️😎
Just found you and immediately subscribed. Can’t wait for more trips. Thanks
Welcome aboard man!! Stay tuned ✌️
Hey Joe, English Lit was my major. "The Grapes of Wrath" huh? Weeelll I don't know as I'd wanna move from Fitzgerald to Steinbeck, all at once, lol. I mean neither of them write what you'd call cheerful literature but Steinbeck could be accused of being the reason anti-depressants were invented. Still, you might enjoy the heck out of him. Just keep enjoying everything else my friend. Blessings
Thanks so much! I'm coming off a kick of reading several novels by Cormac McCarthy, so hopefully it won't be too bad!! Hahaha cheers ✌️
Once again what a great video..when i watch your vids i really disconnect for a good minute and somewhat relax from the hustle and bustle of my chaotic life. Thanks. Shout out from west monroe la.
Glad to hear it bra. I could use some boudin & cracklins bout now lmao 🤣
TWO WINTERS AGO I WAS THERE IN CRYSTAL RIVER Delivered food on my motorcycle for two months made enough to keep traveling LOL
Haha cool!
As someone who’s spent his whole life in the woods around wild hogs, I can tell you that they will NOT attack you unless they are injured or cornered with no escape. I would not worry one bit about hogs!
😎👍💯
That’s a pretty cool spot, hope it all works out, and I will see you on the next video Godspeed, Joe
Thank you sir ✌️
You're theMaster of disguise , from the jungle. of Philippine to the savanna of Florida, your cammo style is absolutely perfect. I enjoy it. so much the stories about the kickass spicy acid you put in your body...don't piss on your boots they may get some ventilation holes!
Lmao! Cheers brother!! ✌️
If you ever get up here to Ludington Mi I have a place you can stay for all summer if you choose ....we can ride some and I'll treat you to a beer, hot sauce, and steak on the grill. I live on my school bus on my dad's property ..he is gone for all summer to his cabin in Michigan's upper peninsula ..He's 82 years old ..lol I'll be heading out west this next fall with bus and Bike.
Thanks man ✌️
Glad you got the camo bike cover. That was concerning me since a blue bike is quite visible. 😮
Yeah it’s a downside of that bike, but at least it’s not red 😎
I'm a bicycle nomad since i retired,, learned real quick the value of good camo tarps and netting 🌴 🚲 🌴
Another good video. Looks like this is the spot. Be safe.
It’s a good spot 😎
Fraggle Rock was awesome!.. even named a dog I had “Sprocket”!… Tks Joe. 👍🏽😎🇨🇦
Haha! Love it ✌️
@@dirtymotorcyclevagabond fragile rock was my sons favorite show ❤️
A new season of fraggle rock is coming soon, being filmed in Calgary now 😂😊
How do you deal with the animal life and reptiles / Snakes in the area where you camped. I worked in construction in FLA for a while. Rattler and coral snakes were always something we looked for and cleared at the building sites. We did a search every morning. Every work day.. Sometimes they were there, most times not, but better safe than sorry. Alligators weren't as common unless we were building near a drainage ditch, small river/creek, or swampy area. Good video.
Thanks man. Amazingly, I haven't interacted with a lotta snakes. But I exercise extreme caution especially when walking through grassy swamps/ marshes, or any natural water source. THey seem to like to hang around there
I found that pizza hot sauce and the fire roasted garlic habanero is great too .Thanks joe
Haha right on man. I picked up a little bottle of that as well can't wait to try it
I have seen some great camping spots but this is like unreal. DNR could not find you!
Another interesting video, Joe!
Thanks Matt 😎
Another good video. Look forward to them. Stay safe bro.
Thanks brother ✌️
The mellindas creamy ghost pepper wing sauce is awesome.
Haha I just got some 😅
Great video Joe boy that pizza looked good
Thanks bro. Yes it sure was ✌️
I just back to Ormond from visiting Columbus, Ohio to see my son and siblings and of course my 81 year old mom ! They have a Pizza place up there called Teritas Pizza, They just got some national recognition ,Just a great Pie. I was there 10 days and had Teritas 3 times. LOL it's that good. As usual great vid Joe !
Just marked it on my map 😂 I may be riding thru Columbus on my way to Sturgis now lmao
@@dirtymotorcyclevagabond LOL
There's a cool campground by there in Inverness called scooter haven has a nice dive bar and cabin rentals 50 bucks a nite

Thank you my brother ✌️ I know y’all get some crazy rain up there
That jug was prolly what they use to make the Chrystal
Could be
Be careful man!
You ever pass through Indiana I have a place you won't believe to camp, just can't be during hunting season.
Nice area. Done some camping there myself. Ozello Trail is a nice ride. Everglades feel. There are a couple pull off fishing spots, cool to chill at. S Lighthouse Point I think.
Awesome man I’ll check it out! ✌️
Love the camo
✌️
That looks awesome Joe 👍🙏🏻🇺🇸💯
Hi Mike 😎
MIKE!!👋
I asked my doctor if it was bad for me to eat hot peppers. I love macaroni and cheese with jalapeño slices on it. I grow two things in my 4‘ x 12‘ raised box garden, tomatoes, and Hot peppers, my favorite are Serano peppers with a sandwich. My doctor said, it’s fine to eat hot food as long as you don’t mind the next morning.
That’s the worst lol 😂
Nice slice folding technique!
That’s the result of years of practice! 🤣
Homosassa is where my dad lives. If you need anything while your there, let me know. He'll help you out anytime buddy. Good stuff. Be safe traveling.
Awesome man 😎 thanks for thinking of me
THEM HOGS ARE MORE SCARED OF YOU THAN YOU ARE OF THEM. an, I don't know how you can stay weeks alone in the woods. great video!
Thanks brotha!! ✌️
The spot you found Joe is commonly referred to as a Twilight Zone Gap (TZG) You entered into it. 😂 Happy you found classic literature. If you ever run across The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin, it’s an amazing read about the man’s life. Ride safe Joe.
Lmao 🤣 I feel like it sometimes brother. Sounds interesting. I may just add it to the list.
good stuff bro!!
Thanks for the visit ✌️
Your Short video led me to this video 👍
Thanks for that info ✌️
nice camo job!
Thanks bro ✌️
Joe, where's your pocket knife(3 blade) or a lock blade on your belt. Hope to find you this year at Sturgis. Camp 5, right ?
I carry a Swiss Army pocketknife as well as a large hunting knife.
I made it 3 mins watching and you are digging this place. Lol
😅
O' yes the Gopher Tortoise 🐢
Kinda surprised you don't do any small game hunting or fishing for food / fun.
I would really love to man. It’s a bunch of extra gear I don’t have space for
@@dirtymotorcyclevagabondThink of what the American Indians had... All you need is a .22/ pellet gun, ammo, a knife, a pole, and some hooks. Add's maybe 5lbs., save $$$$. Whatever bugs are around the water is what the fish eat. Twigs make good bobbers. Besides the bike, your only necessities are food, shelter, and water. Being self-sufficient is most ideal.
Dig all your stuff man. Keep it commin!
Crosman backpacker 👍
🤘
Joe; One of your best videos!!!!!!!!!! Down to earth good video!!!! Good idea to bury that plastic bag!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do you charge your computer batteries? Wish you were closer to central states. Would like to meet you. God bless safe ridin rubber down
Thanks so much! I head into town everyday and sit in either a coffee shop or the library
Joe roll on up to Western NC.. Maggie Valley area..
Love that area
Scotty has been up here hanging out a couple times.. your more then welcome
Hey brother, I’m with ya on the hot sauce. I have some I must be careful with. It’s so good, but it will light ya up. Seems like anything with Carolina Reaper in it, will jam up your taste buds. Nice camp.
Got that right!! 😅
Too bad I didn't know you were here in Tampa until it was too late. I would have hooked up with you and said "Howdy!" If I don't see you again in Panama City I will see you in Sturgis.
Right on 👍 I’ll be at both
i have not seen scooter tram scotty in a while
Pretty sure he’s still in Mexico
🤘😎🤘
I would have tried that corn likker 😮
i would of a least smelled it
looking forward too august. Ginny says that was her crysalline substtance . shes pissed bring treats.
🤣
The camouflage problem.
Have you looked into spray plasti-dip? They have camo colors and it dries like rubber. I use it on the bottom of my tent to help seal that cheap tarp material a little better. I've also used it on my old Joe Rocket jacket and it's held up well.
I haven't tried the Rust-Oleum fabric spray, so I'm not sure it will give you the same rubber finish.
I'll email you a link.
Right on man! Thanks
When i think of florida i think gators. You ever have any trouble at camps with any?
I’ve definitely come across a few. They’re usually pretty docile and uninterested in humans
WHAT'S A PIZZA WITHOUT ANCHOIVES!
Wouldn’t be fit to eat 🤣
Joe my wife wants to know your astrological sign.
Gemini ♊️
Try the hot sauce "Dave's Insanity" JUST A SMALL AMOUNT.
I’ve been wanting to try that!! 😅
Joe for President!
A windshield on every bike 🇺🇸😎
YOU need to be careful with those pigs. We are what we eat and you must smell like rotisserie chicken and pizza with a hint of exotic herbs and spices.🐓
😅
Do you ever have to worry about mice/rodents while camping?
Good question. I've personally not encountered many, but occasionally you can hear stuff scurrying around at night.
How do you not get caught
Check out my video “Budget Nomad Life”
DO you have the video of you getting eaten alive by insects out yet ?
Lmao 🤣 it happens sometimes but hasn’t been bad yet here
Love the videos, I had to get a CRF300L because I was missing too many good camping spots on the Harley. I know you bounce from place to place mainly following rallies for work, is there always work needed at these places or do you need to have an "in" or a bunch of experience?
Thanks for the question. There’s usually someone needing help but not always. It’s good to show up early and ask around. I knew a couple folks in the circuit, but I also went around knocking on doors
