- The Salzkammergut is a region in Austria with a lot of lakes which extends to the three federal states of Upper Austria, Salzburg and Styria.
From the largest lake, the Attersse, to the deepest lake in Austria, we show many other well-known and lesser-known lakes in the region. Most of the shots were taken in June - for some lakes such as the Fuschlsee, the Traunsee and the Almsee there are also shots from autumn. But we also visited the Almsee extensively in June and made a own video: • Almsee Grünau im Almta... . There is also a detailed video of the Fuschlsee and Traunsee lakes - see below in the description.

Wir waren bis Corona etliche Jahre mit unserer Oldtimer Runde in der Naehe der Drachenwand immer 4 Tage und haben von dort Ausflüge gemacht. Auch die Kinder waren sehr gut drauf. Es war und wird wieder sehr schoen werden.
Das glaube ich dir sofort - wir waren in den letzten Jahren öfter in der Gegend - und es hat uns immer super gefallen. :-)

Thanks - glad you like it. And yeah the equipment got bigger and bigger - for our first video we only used our phones and a dslr which was very limited by the resolution but we had more zoom for the safari shots. and yeah about the name of the lakes - they are embedded in the video too, always at the beginning of the first scene. :-)

Der Toplitzsee fehlt, wurden da nicht Teile von James Bond gedreht? ;)
Ja - wir waren ganz Nahe dran (als wir beim Lahngangsee waren - schau gerne bei diesem Video vorbei), die Zeit hat dann aber nicht mehr gereicht, weil er zu dieser Zeit nur per Shuttle erreichbar war. Steht aber noch auf unserer Liste.
Ich würde sagen die 10 größten Seen, sind aber nicht automatisch die schönsten ;)
Da stimmen wir dir voll und ganz zu - es gibt nämlich noch ein paar größere Seen als im Video gezeigt. Und natürlich ist das eine subjektive Bewertung. 😉
@@lostintravel_at im Salzkammergut gibts ja keine grösseren Seen, ich meinte damit im Salzkammergut gibts total viele schöne kleine Seen :D
