Hi everyone, here’s another highlight from my trip through Austria. Bad Ischl is such a pretty town and I really enjoyed the fresh air and quaint feel of the town center. Of course seeing the imperial residence is a must. I hope you enjoy this video 👍
"I'm lucky with the weather today" 10:29 - says the Good Weather Man! Great video, Janus. Thank you so much for posting this. Your vlogs (if I may call them that) have convinced me to visit Austria - in addition to Switzerland.
Thank you Matt! Yes, you may even be able to combine the two countries as they are quite small and it’s fairly easy to hop over from Switzerland to Austria and vice versa 👍😊
It's another charming village in Salzkammergut to get the Austrian Royal atmosphere. Actually I wanted to make stop here to visit the Kaiservilla of Sissi. Thank you Janus for this super wonderful video! Can't wait to see the next one 😊
@@januslog lol, again wonderful job nice camera shots...you have a great eye for it. I enjoyed it. Thank you. Beautiful place and peaceful. Luv it! Lol Get ready bad weather coming out way. Have a great Janus. Paul in Augusta
Hello Janus! I’m here enjoying your video. Bad Ischl is beautiful. The whole Lake District with their towns is something to see and I hope that I get to see it in the near future.
Fantastic video! I really like the scenery here, the mountains, the lake, everything is beautiful. Looking forward to traveling to Austria in the near future.
Thanks so much Jennifer. It's indeed not around the corner from where you are but certainly worth a visit. There is so much to see in the Salzburg region that it will be difficult to pick your favorite spots ;) I have made a whole series on Austria which you may find useful for the travel planning. Greetings from 🇺🇸
I’ve been we been in winter but I can imagine it looks so different. Places change so much when there’s snow. I hope I will at some point be able to visit in winter too
Your vlogs of Austria and Switzerland keeps getting better and better -the editing, natural sounds and scenery and the timely music and narration...Some of the other guys doing this should take notes
I wish I was. I’m back home in the US now but hope to be able to travel again soon 👍. Greetings to beautiful Switzerland and keep making those fantastic videos 👍🇨🇭
@@januslog I thought you were here in the neighboring country! I hope you can visit the Old Continent again soon! Thank you for your encouragement! 🇨🇭🤗🇺🇸
Many thanks Janus for walking that whole long distance bringing to us all that beauty in our comfort quarters, and i do wonder, if you kindly allow me, if it is safe to hike all alone in these Gothic woods like you did, and if there any safety measures made by the city to protect tourists' expeditions? thanks again
The Kaiservilla (summer residence) has really a nice garden with beautiful flowers. I saw the big gloriette in Schönbrunn, Vienna 😊Did you go to the inside of the villa, Janus?
wow you visited all the places I have planned for Austria trip (only Grundlsee is not in my plan list)... Are you planning to visit Innsbruck from Salzburg, then to Mittenwald of Germany and Dolomites area of Italy as well ? or you heading north to Czechia ?
That is awesome! This was recorded during my previous trip which I combined with Switzerland and Italy. But Innsbruck is a great little town too and if you go there from Salzburg, don't miss out on a stopover in Zell am See. I will show a video on this shortly :)
@@januslog In Austria there are 8 millions of inhabitant. This country is empty. I prefer France. I thought to visit this country but thanks to you I would not go. There are not enough people, I like to see people when I go for a walk. You saved me my time and my money, thank you.
@@f.berjer4612 well, my videos may be a bit misleading as I actual prefer to do my visits during times when there are less people. I often record during mornings, lunch hours or evenings. You’d definitely find lots and lots of people in Austria, especially in tourist hotspots like Salzburg, Hallstatt and of course Vienna 😊
