- Welcome to the Gear of Fortune. In this challenge me and my opponent spin a wheel with over 100 unique items in Borderlands 2. Whatever weapon we get we will have 30 minutes to make a build based on the same rolled weapon. This video was a lot of fun and I plan on doing it more. Thank you guys for watching.

I'd actually love to see more of these types of videos. Chill vibes with some great brain work going on to make these builds on the spot was seriously entertaining. Keep up the great content brotha!

@@Cashew1405 Hey thanks man, originally the time was 25 minutes and I thought that was too little. After doing the challenge , 30 minutes seemed like a lot. So for the next episode of this I’ll change the timer to something less. And congrats on the dove hornet 🙌
YOOOO This was greater than I had hoped, definitely woth the wait! Hellfire not knowing what the Tediore sight was definitely a Hellfire moment, lol. Definitely do more of these man, this was an awesome way to start this series 🤘

I love coming up with weird builds in BL games. Actually, I don't think any of my standard builds are typical so maybe I could share with you and see how you do with them sometime. :P

@@killersalesguy2581 that is a good idea, I don’t think we did because our saves had the slaughter completed. So I didn’t think about it at the time

Using Forbearance, I've never felt a need for that skill.
Crisis Management makes the most sense with the Rough Rider or the Love Thumper, but not with a tanky shield like the Antagonist.
St4rkiller has a stalker that's a little tubby.
Wow, Hellfire was actually better ... but then again, this wasn't a one life.
I've never used the Gub, but I will for a corrosive build on Axton.
I never use Moxxi weapons, especially not on Axton 'cause I've found that his Able skill and Quick Charge kill skill are more than enough to keep him up.
NOTHING IS BETTER THAN AXTON.

Gub doesn't do splash damage, so I get why you didn't spec Steady but then why keep saying how Axton is great for elemental and splash damage? These weren't buffed at all in this build? Your damage was coming from metal storm and onslaught plus keeping it up due to turret slagging for you. It wasn't the Axton was suited for the gub or elements it's just that he's good at mobbing. You did do a good job showing that he doesn't rely exclusively on splash builds tho 👍
And Maya was just a reflection build. The corrode damage from the class mod only applies to DoT damage so this was basically all cloud kill, which should 100% be banned for this challenge.
This is an awesome video theme though that I've always wanted to see put into practice though to thanks guys

@@314jake Yeah, the elemental splash damage thing isn’t true lol. I went along with it and realized after the fact it wasn’t true. I don’t necessarily think cloud kill was the main part of the kill as there are multiple parts of the video were it is not active and the gun does great damage still. The dot damage from the gub did more more damage then before but not anything noticeable, so the com is more meant for cloud kill. I think remove cloud kill from the build is a little dumb because the builds are in OP 10. Every skill is free game. I’m not going to include money shot because it makes every guns last bullet so strong. I also wanted to show the build working without cloud kill but the video was already 37 minutes long lol. Thanks for the feedback 👊
Unrelated but is krieg gaining hp from gun kills a special caracteistic for him
Two skills I had in the build helped with him keeping health. Thrill of the kill gives health to Krieg after a kill. Elemental elation gives healing based on the elemental damage done to an enemy. Those 2 skills somewhat made Krieg stay alive

@@The_fortnite_guy1 not necessarily, some kills were without cloud kill and it was still doing some great work. I did some footage without it but then the video would have been dragged on for another 5 minutes 💀. It was already long enough. I think when I am testing the pure damage of guns with maya I should try and stay away from cloud kill to demonstrate it better. Thanks for the feedback

@@The_fortnite_guy1 I can definitely understand that for sure. I just thought there was a good enough footage to show a difference between cloud kill and not. Then again you really have to pay attention to when it’s procs
