Not sure if it counts, but the Aliens Vs Predator game is pretty underrated imo, 3 campaigns for the price of 1! (I didn't realise you talked about it in this video 😂)
AvP2 2001, easily the best Alien/Predator game ever made especially for its time. Holds up well today overall. Dark Descent was really good, super tense and strategical.
They did make comic book sequels to Alien: Isolation called Aliens: Resistance and Aliens: Rescue. If we do get a sequel, they could probably adapt it from the comics.
I would like to see a sequel to dark descent. No other game captured the feel of Aliens the same way. The tension in that game from wandering around a base and having those beeps on the radar show up was intense with that game. Its short, and its a top down view, but it still felt more tense than any alien game outside of Isolation. But Isolation gets stale after a while, while dark descent still felt fun up to the end.

*Aliens Dark Descent* was a very pleasant surprise. I thought it was criminal to make a name so similar to Amnesia, which was inspiration in making Alien Isolation, which is nothing like this. But as soon as I got a handle of the controls and gameplay, I immediately started to love it. So much so it motivated me in making an entire DnD campaign for me and my friends. So much strategy was involved, even more than Alien Isolation I'd say. And it really put me in control of a of lot moving pieces, not just in the moment, but over the course of entire missions. It really feels like a DnD campaign in how things you do affect you later on, and how you can choose to prioritize different objectives and side objectives, or goals set by yourself
Aliens dark descent is the Aliens Colonial Marines we all wanted to be , if somebody would implement all those features into a FPS /isometric tactical gameplay mechanics , I would get it in a heartbeat
