You have great UA-cam content but you could learn from Matt (MORR). Hire one person to be a full-time camera person, with no interaction with the video or doing any work. Another to have a video editor to be sure that stories that start- are finished. If you do this your subscriber base count will really take off.

Also, why take a vlog as good as this already is and change it to a scripted television show where someone off-camera tells everybody when to smile, when and what to say and possibly even use cue cards?
