This reminds me of the chili I had in Cincinnati.
Perfect for these cold days. Two people my behind. Mine and my lunch tomorrow.

My dad used to make this for us growing up but he added the beans to the chili to go on top of the spaghetti. So delicious and I forgot about it, til I seen this video! I'll definitely be trying your recipe
I got bored with chilli and crackers last week, l had some leftover spaghetti noodles in the fridge and decided to mixed it with my chilli and oh my it was delicious. It is a very good hearty meal for the cold weather here in Decatur GA. I was shocked when l read that this is actually a dish that the Westerners have been making for years. It was new to me because l happened to try it on a whim and it is delicious 😋. I added shedder cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top. l will never eat spaghetti without chilli again. 😋
My Sweet Papaw used to make this all the time for us and i loved it. Now that he is gone i have been craving it but can't remember the exact recipe. So i started searching and found this video. Im almost certain this is very close to how he made it as well (except he always added a can of pinto beans). I will be making this today. Thank you so much for sharing ❤

i thought i was hallucinating this dish's existence but it turns out it a real thing!
I make a Skyline version boiling the meat into a slurry first (don't know if it would work with turkey though). I love the mustard idea!!! Think I'll incorporate it into mine. I also use one @ 2" square of dark chocolate.

I love Chili spaghetti!! I used to work at Bob's Big Boy Restaurant and this was on the menu. It was very popular and it was yummy! I make it at home now for myself, the kids think it is weird, but I know better!

Yes sugar calms the acid!!
I've always added a little sugar to dishes that call for tomato sauce/paste it cuts the acid and prevents me from getting heartburn. Now that I've seen you do it I now know I've been doing it right.🤗
