I'm a hobbyist. I have the common tools in the US. I go to the junk yard to hone my skills. It's really useful to have these tools in case someone in the family locks their keys in the car. I can be on spot for free and even have a code cutter make a blank, though the key fobs require one tool along with an add on for that tool to make another key fob. I don't have the cash for that. I'd just call a locksmith for a new fob key.

I have purchased a lock off eBay to practice on, it came with 2 keys but not all the wafers are present when picking. Not sure the aftermarket locks are different.. thanks
