Back in Sept 2020 I was arrested after police abused section 50 of the police reform act and I refused to give them my name and address while standing across the street recording a police station while reading out a news report.
My arrest SAGA begins and ends all the way to civil court.

I believe all officers should hold indemnity insurance. When a civil claim is made against the responsible force, the PC’s insurance is used to pay out and not tax payers monies. If they can’t afford the insurance policy, they shouldn’t have so many claims made against them.
It shouldn’t be insurance companies that hold the police to account, but nobody else appears to!

This was around the same time Police were abusing S.50 at Hull,to gain details of auditors/photographers. Police were obviously miffed at the popularity of auditing around Police premises and decided they could loosely use S.50.Hoping the seperate offence of not providing details under that section would be a deterrent, regardless of whether ASB was committed. Hull was told in no uncertain terms to cease the practice, but only after several unlawful arrests and subsequent claims.

Nearly every interaction I've had with the police, involved having
to tell them that they are wrong about something, or over-reaching.
That's because they are literally wrong, but the result is mostly the
same, call more officers / become more abusive, fail to check, end
up being wrong, still treat you like dirt, pass you off to other officers,
spend an hour or so trying to concoct some crime, then run away,
negate having to apologize, hide their bright red faces, then simply
harass you later, using more public funds, and other members of
their 'secret club', because cop ego can't cope, with facts or reality.

I tried talking to them and the big fat 25 stone giant heystacks attacked me, tried to gouge my eye out with a key and was literally mm away from my eyeball. he ended up pushing me into my house where the internal door was smashed of its hinges and the glass was all over my living room he was inside my house trying to throttle me all on cctv. All police officers should as a condition of employment be required to take out public liability insurance. All claims are to be made against that and if their premiums rise then tough. If insurance is subsequently refused due to multiple claims then their employment should be terminated. That would make them think twice about abusing their powers.

I was thinking just the same, incase someone brings a private prossecution against them instead of the 'police'. A very good idea. Maybe put this idea to yout Police Crime Commissioner (or however its spelled)

19:55 If the constable is asking why he's making the arrest then he's acting under orders and not making the arrest under his personal suspicion that a crime has occurred. That makes the arrest unlawful.

Yep. From the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) document titled 'The Office of Constable'.......
'Police officers cannot legally be instructed to arrest a person. It is a decision they must take for themselves, using their experience, knowledge and discretion to take the most appropriate course of action to fulfil their function as officers of the Crown.'

Lamestream media are not interested in police abusing their powers. Especially after they were complicit in helping them abuse it so much during the plandemic. It would have to be a murder or x50 rapes before they would publish anything.

I have learned that when they say your name and address it's not the Human name they want. It's the Strawman name of the person from the Birth Certificate that they want, this is because they want to prosecute you under legal Admiralty law of the sea meaning you are a person of goods and shackles. Under lawful law of the land Common law the Human being has God given rights and has not broken any lawful law.🇬🇧

They need to stop policing by feeling's, this harassment, alarm, and distress is being used far too often simply to stop thing's they don't like.
They don't even listen to the IOPC, it shows they just do as they please, I think the arresting officers should pay a percentage of any compensation paid out, it definitely keep them on straight and narrow, they would put their hurty feelings on the back burner.

Yup, same bloke. They also arrested him outside Sainsbury's because he wouldn't give them his name after taking pictures. They used terrorism legislation to arrest him so they could search for his ID and when they didn't find any took him back to the station to get it. I believe he successfully sued them for it too.
