1 - 0 to them ...... you should never audit alone if it involves the police
No, he got a reaction without being arrested. He also had an out of control officer who was probably a trembling worried individual after this encounter. That cop will suffer the repercussions of this for a long time and he knows it. NNY benefits from all that and to a large extent it just goes with the territory of being an auditor.
@@Cybertruck1000 he sat there repeating what the cops said, did you learn anything from this ?, i know for a fact i didnt, did you see any cops get taught a lesson or actually owned, i didnt. this is being annoying, not auditing, auditing is making sure jobs are being done right, this here is literally just annoying the police, it becomes an audit the moment you prove an officer wrong on something they do and they have to go away and think about a lesson to learn, or you audit a building they start giving you cheek threatening with the police, then the police back you up because you know what you are talking about, walking into a police station car park, simply for a reaction and to repeat what they say is not an audit, and you lot wonder why police dont take certain crimes seriously
another bullyboy !
What a disgraceful police office!! No wonder police get targeted when they treat people like this! He should lose his job and all benefit and then see if he goes round pushing people! Well done for exposing these fools in the thin blue gang! Keep holding them accountable and doing what you do! 👏 👏

ask yourself why wayne couzens was thrown under the bus by his colleagues. he was also known in jovial terms as the grapist by the same colleagues. so what does that tell you about the quality of cops hired? he was thrown under the bus at the fear of mass violence by the public, that simple. i want to know how many have done crimes that consistently get covered for in this corrupt cop culture.
Always protect themselves but if its like that filthy couzens then they'll happily throw them under the bus to save themselves,,,time will come when they'll be fuckin smashed 9r killed for their actions and ill happily watch them die
The problem is, they knew what was going on ... and said nothing.
That last copper has a big problem. Instead of being helpful to you he turns nasty and aggressive. Bad policing behaviour and uncalled for. He certainly needs more communication skills to do his job.

@@jophillips8230 paid for by the public and is publicly accessible
elvis hards 1) it is paid for by the public but we employ the police to manage it for us in the common good because we are all too busy to manage it ourselves. 2) it is private property. Michael exhausted his public access when it was revoked by a representative of the landowner and as per the law, he was entitled to use 'reasonable force' to remove Michael as he was now trespassing and failing to leave, as requested.

How dare they think they can put hands all over you without good reason, ego and power trip in full swing
12:10 So he says that he has the power to arrest you for anti-social behavior. Checking on the Met's wesbite, anti-social behavior includes "Rowdy or inconsiderate behaviour: This refers to general nuisance behaviour in a public place or a place to which the public have access, such as private clubs. It does not include domestic-related behavior, harassment or public disorder which should be reported as crimes." But he had just said that the car park is a private place that the public don't have access to. In which case he would be abusing the law in making arrest for anti-social behavior. Or would he correct himself and admit that the car park is accessible to the public. One or the other.
