What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're in Burslem, in Stoke on Trent, I genuinely thought this police station had been abandoned at first looking at the state of the front, turns out it's still in use, a PC in plainclothes came out, she was fine, but then this egotistical idiot comes out and tries to grab my camera, then the Sgt tells me to move from a public place. Crazy one, hope you all enjoy.
I find it very worrying that two actual police officers stand by and let a civilian staff member run the show swear and demand things shouldn't they be telling him to get back inside and deal with the situation themselves .
He's an ex copper, so they looked up to him for advice.
The thin blue line crap again. Always covering up for their criminal gang members.
I agree, if it was you behaving like that it would be a public order charge (Especially when you take badly written laws you don't understand and "add a bit")
Imagine him being an actual Officer. He'd be hands on and have you on the ground before he'd have even identified himself. He's probably a volunteer worker that normally sits at home on his own for 6 days a week, so gets a bit over excited when he sees someone.
UNBELIEVABLE that these police staff assume powers that they don't have , then try and use them . That should be subject to disciplinary action .😮
He would be , but someone has to make a complaint, the supposed police officer should also have put him in his place and ordered the fool back inside where he is actually employed not out side as the carpark attendant.
Seems they’re getting worse Sgt tried flexing as well. Staffordshire Police wouldn’t do a thing
@@TheGwentAuditorTGA worth getting it on his file so if he gets another complaint they pay more attention then as it demonstrates intent.
Agreed, 9mm double-tap for the first offence.
The police civilian staff are infected by the same ego and arrogance that they see daily being exhibited by the uniformed filth, it’s generations old this tyranny.
Silly old guy should be retired... he could get hurt approaching people like that with that ego.
Too right, I think he’s passed working in the police
Not likely. He may get a bitch slap but the person that done it would get a record if not worse.
Acting like the imbecile he portrayed, one can only dream. Trying to grab someone's phone or camera is theft, and under the law IT IS ALLOWED to protect your property.
😃😃😃😃😃😃
Got to give him credit for a good memory (5 stone and two decades ago he was a fit young police thug)
Immediate disciplinary action needed for red jumper man.
Why because Gwent audits is wearing the face diaper of a real coward.
That Div wearing a boxing day jumper tried to impress and failed over and over again lol.
Too right he did hahahah
😂😂😂😂
That guy was way out of his depth, couldn't accept you wouldn't do he he said. He obviously has had very little training in regards to dealing with the public. Totally clueless
Staff has the same problem of G4S by association of perceived powers of the blue line gang.
What’s worse was the SGT didn’t enforce the “just walk away staff” after establishing lawful conduct and told he’s allowed to document .
Internal station politics at work and seemed to be carrying himself above the “wet paper bag” SGT (which was even worse).
Good point. She can't control the daft old fool and he knows it. Another one appointed beyond their abilities.
What's that guy doing, trying to attack members of the public? Scary or what?
Bullshit
Police sergeant handled that very well - and the first officer very good too.
Not quite. She should have told that Muppet off for attempting to assault a member of the public and that he has no powers to demand someone leave the premises.
as police staff he washes the cars and cleans the toilets, runs to the shop for doughnuts.
Highest ranking cleaner I ever saw
Hahaha
Laughing too.
Hahaha , brilliant
@ tim tam that's no way to talk about the Gwent auditor/tga
I'm sure he said he was a police officer, lol
You could see how broken that guy was, it's like cops are compelled to grab a camera.
PLEASE PLEASE request that footage off his phone. It's the ONLY way he'll learn PINAC and how to treat the general public 👍 Great audit again TGA
If you do manage to see/talk to Kev let him know we are thinking about him and sending love n hugs ❤
Will do Claire and he’s feeling a lot better with all the support
Wow. He even controlled her, like he was the one in authority.
Even back in 1842 when that guy was a lad, there were no laws against public photography.
He still tried to enforce his NO Oil Painting in public policy though😆
3:05 "Are you a police officer", the absolute no powers staff member answers, "Yes, Yes". Impersonating a police officer?
Poor Grandad, he thinks he's a big boy.
What a Muppet. That police staff is a wannabe police constable but he is clueless on the law and wouldn't last 5 mins on the job. Great job.
Absolutely mate, terrible guy, wouldn’t say the Sarge was too much better, she didn’t say anything about his actions
Even the cleaners are grabbing the public.
It’s shocking isn’t it
@@TheGwentAuditorTGAguy in red a total Berkshire hunt, bet when he went out with his mobile camera those police women said " what's that c**t doing now?"
Isn't it illegal to say you're the police when you're just working for the police?
Or is it me and I've got it wrong, is the guy police or police staff?
That place needs another visit from an Auditor to find out if they have read up on public photography law , and are abiding to it .
Too right
Go ahead and make another video as boring as this one.
auditing Britain went there, he had a really positive, friendly, decent chat with a female Constable.
Will they EVER learn the LAW??!!
Why should they learn what they would ignore anyway
Probably not
@@TheGwentAuditorTGA they all had the memo xx
Not a chance mate, their egos have filled otherwise empty skulls.
There's so much of it to learn. Need a Law degree to have a decent understanding of it. They should know basics, but can't even manage that 😆
What an absolute prick he was. The sense of entitlement was unbelievable, delusions of authority.
Hands on hips guy needs to complete the transition.
That's his Grinder pose.😉
So now police staff can assault you? That sergeant should have cleared the guy off escalating aggressively like that. He was a wannabe cop. Probably goes home and plays with his toy police cars. A dreadful nasty man. Just staff at his age with a diploma in paper clips, Isn’t it interesting how cops can never comment because they weren’t there when a cop/security/police staff does something wrong but they try to warn charge an auditor when someone reports them.
Just shows how bad the police are these days
seen so often ... "someone called you are detained" ...
Hahaha loved how he removed his glasses lol
Tosser that couldn't make the grade as a cop shows what a tyrant he would be if he became one.
A basic human right is to be able to defend yourself regardless of who is attempting to assault you.
Absolutely
@@mattpacket449 You are reading from the wrong law books if you are in a place where the public can be it is up to you to create your privacy. Whether it is police station or your bath room window so sorry dude the law is the law.
@@mattpacket449 One slight problem with your narrative the guy was not at any of those venues. Watch the clip he was at a police station which he can film if you have a argument about filming at a site that allows filming in a public space ie the street public parks police stations beaches and why filming shouldn't be allowed please respond.
HOW and WHY are stations closed to the public??
Because they are trying to hide from the public and don’t care about us
They are being turned into forts from which snatch squads will operate for private companies. The blue line gang badge is a recent low level Masonic symbol for the ranks, while it has been estimated in the past that most police levels of sergeant and above are Masons. These are the same people that protected Jimmy Savile. This is the system that is already established. Essentially, we now have an armed police force that came about by stealth.
public are afraid to go their clearly.
Because they are sick and tired of time wasting frauditors when they've got work to do
Not much of a sergeant if she doesn't know the law nor can she control her lap dog
When you first asked grandad if he was a PC he replied "yes" he only corrected it after you said police staff. I would of let him continue impersonating a police constable then reported the the over inflated pompous idiot as its obvious he's impersonated a PC on many occasions. I still find it astonishing that police forces including the police staff country wide can not except when they are breaking the law but constantly try to incriminate a member of the public for their (the police) short falls. The UK police force is not fit for purposes and I'm so glad that law abiding citizens keep highlighting the awful law breaking actions of these idiots. Well done and thank you.
They can't help themselves. They have to use the ' I wouldn't want you to get runover' patronising bs!
I got one for you officer! 'Never wipe your backside with nettles, now trot on Mildred giddy-up!'
A police staff guy seems to have more authority than a female sergeant. And they are so silly to be concerned about being a couple of feet onto their property
Well done for keeping your cool. That's how out should be done.
Police staff have all the authority of a dinner lady, you should have stayed longer as it looked like he chased you off ?
What a horrible little man in the red jumper! 😅
TGA still taking pictures when he's been told a thousand times "ITS NOT ALLOWED" .. you naughty boy 🤣🤣🤣
Big ups TGA, great work as always, stay safe out there buddy 👊
Thanks Toxic
I don't recall the words he said, but it looked like he was trying to commit the crime of impersonating a police officer.
burslem police station in jackson street burslem was always a 24hr police station with cells, they decided to save money years ago now and close it leaving a front desk for a couple of hours a day a couple of times a week, so its just used as an office for them to do their paperwork in now. staffordshire police aare in special measures for not being efficient and several other areas including the NOT recording of crimes and figures etc, and the ioc also made statements about their inability to communicate with the public properly at some point in the report. staffordshire police are a quite lazy police force basicaly poor man management and everything that goes along with it although they would obviously disagree with you. the staff MEMBER that came out to you shows what their feelings and attitudes are towards members of the public and when challenged about their behaviour or supposed constant authority their egos shine through like a searchlight. he failed to identify, he committed a sect 39 assault, after you left he continued to attempt to prolong the incident by coming back out again as you were leaving and then started taking pictures or video of you. make a formal request for the footage that he took, i can almost guarantee that he has not recorded his actions in honesty and accuracy and in all likeyhood the footage was not recorded as taking place. i am not anti police, i am not anti staffs police, but i am anti bad police and bad policing even when its police staff as opposed to warranted officers.
Beware ...Although he's police staff now, he used to be hands on hips man ....
I didn't recognise Red Top until he removed his glasses.
He removed his glasses because he thought he would be able to push you off.
Basically, you thought that you were going to be manhandled by him, so you moved back. That's assault.
He needs a good lesson in manners and tactics. Also it's a shame his wife left him, fleeced him and that's why he went back to work as a desk jockey for the extra cash.
big up TGA and good work in your support of Auditing Yorkshire - always a great team and great individual work - well done 🙂
They are so unused to people simply saying 'no' to an unreasonable/illegal request that it stuns them
You can see why there is a disconnect, these police are so unprofessional poor recruitment and training is the problem, acting like pricks, great video stay safe retired lifeboatman
Judging by his attitude and demeanor I'd put money on it that he's a retired copper on a cushy pension who's gone back as staff now and he can't get used to the fact that he's really now a nobody, just another civil servant pen pusher.
Totally agree, thought the same, definitely an ex copper.
Who the hell does this chap think he is? Police Staff indeed, its about time he was SACKED for assuming powers that HE doesn't have!!
When they talk about looking through windows remind them of the Myleene Class incident.
The terrorist threat is substantial never been at heightened
Exactly
We all know what a terrorist looks like but these idiots think they look like a White British person with a camera. Morons. Id be offended if they called me a terrorist, its disgusting.
Well done TGA. Brilliant
Thanks Dai
They are not used to hearing the N word-'NO' 😂
The Freemason was as laughable as he was aggressive. Even the Sgt tried the terrorism act! What absolutely ridiculous creatures.
The start of your video like I am expecting a new crime solving tv series 😂.
I’ll take that as a compliment haha
She should have told him as soon as she came out told him to go in as he has no authority whatsoever.
Exactly!
8:15 Doesn't matter if work phone or personal phone, it's what happens to the recording. The moment it's put on work kit is the moment he breaks GDPR. A personal phone means someone in the organisation gets to trawl through his personal photos.
Hanging outside police carparks, hoping to get a reaction is a sad thing to do. Who would record a police station in their free time, its nuts. The guy with the red jumper, yes he was rude, be the better man, walk away,. This is how you get your views.
I've seen stripy top woman before roughly a year ago, which I'm fairly sure was on News Now Yorkshire's channel, and she was excellent on that, just like she was on this. She should be the sergeant.
Also the Police staff should've been told by the actual sergeant that there's nothing he can do, and it should've been pointed out that he impersonated a Police officer.
The sarge was a wee poppet. Lurch, on the other hand, thought he was doing her job properly. Which just about sums him up. He's comedy gold, & every auditor should visit to get a slice of him. Really enjoyed the audit, but the bad man in me wanted you to tell Lurch that you were now going to film inside all the cars in the car park. The reaction, I'm sure, would have been priceless.
Man had to run away CODE BROWN. I THINK HE POOPED HIS PANTS.
They always bang on about terror threats. Ask them if they are so at risk from terrorists why would they leave their marked vehicles unattended in public places. I worked over 3 years alongside the RUC in N.Ireland who had areal terror threats everyday. I can promise a marked vehicle would never be left unattended in public at all.
As in Dorset Police Headquarters, can you please explain why there is more Police BMW cars parked and not on the streets. Is it becoming a BMW car dealership ? I think AB needs to do a audit. Urgent. Police paid by the public, all drive good cars, what do they actually do ?
The guy who’s mum knitted his jumper must be so proud of what she produced must be so proud love him
Should have defended yourself with the soppy old git. Get your copy of the photos taken by him and report him.
That's a sexual assault he tried grab your bum
Great lurching dafty thinks he's a peeler too. Mental age of 12-14 by the way he carries himself.
And the IQ of a lettuce!
You do know what he's doing looking at your photo tonight under the Blankets don't you mate 😢😂
PLEASE request that Photo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a simple request of 1 man's photo will have a RIPPLING EFFECT of everybody in that Station !
You did well, but you should have stayed in the car park for another five minutes. They got the outcome they wanted.
If he's staff he committed a crime saying he was a officer did he not?! He's not a muppet mate he was dangerous and very stupid.
"Watch out for the cars I don't want you to get run over..." Yeah, thanks Mom. FFS. They just HAVE to order people about don't they. Ego.
'Are you a police officer?'
'Yeh Yeh'
And he isn't. That's an offence isn't it?
Section 90 of the Police Act
@@TheGwentAuditorTGA Thank you, and thank you for the brilliant and hilarious way you handled that pillock.
I love that he took his glasses off - presumably as a result of a sudden decision to heroically wrestle you off the premises in an attempt to impress Sarge on whom he clearly has a crush - then equally suddenly he changed his mind and ran away! Priceless.
Mr red jersey realized he had no rights , thats why he suddenly made a jog for the door...dumbass.
great video
Oooo was that jumper cashmere lovely ☺️
"it's publicly accessible" that makes no difference because that access can be revoked at anytime without reason on private property. So it's pointless stating it's publicly accessible 👍
Not really, it’s public property, that’s like saying our access to the pavement can be revoked by the council
@@TheGwentAuditorTGA a police station is private property fella. It's not on a public street is it? Just like any other building it's private property such as a fire station, a hospital, a pub, a library blah blah blah. It's all still classed as private property. And that's not the same because a pavement which is on the street isn't classed as private property
These audit people should know that these are private areas, it’s simple sense!, it must be difficult for the police to deal with these attention seekers, but then they are mostly Northener’s. Not a sausage mate a pork pie?
The minute they realise they’ve lost their power WHY have they always got to advise you to be mindful of getting run over ?
Syd little wanted you off the premises 😂
The only sensible thing The Sausage did was suddenly realise he might be the cause of the problem here and scurry back inside to count paperclips or whatever he does in there
I was with you until you said "because you have been awkward with me, I'm going to be awkward"
No, acting like a child because someone else acted like one is not acceptable. At that point you both become children.
On the other hand, you're a lot less toxic than some of the other auditors... so I guess that's a good thing.
This is unscripted as it happens and he is at risk. Don't you think with hindsight, he would have said something better himself. Its easy after the event to be word perfect. Overall, he did well i think.
these grubs sorely need to LEARN THE ACTUAL LAW
that "muppet" had to do something to feel "victorious" again,
his first problem in life was how to tell his sister he didn't like
the Postman Pat sweater she knitted for him,
and his 2nd problem how to get back at that evil auditor 💪🤓
The man in the red jumper was very rude and unprofessional. He should not be working in that job behaving like that.
Makes g4s staff look good
Impersonating a police officer, when you first asked him if he was his reply was ''yeh, yeh''
Nothing more than a milk monitor has been.
It's a good job that staff member wasn't a police officer. Could you imagine what an absolute pig he would be if he actually had any power at all? No doubt he would abuse that power to the max.
If you really wanted to protect the data your handling you should either puta reflective coating on the windows or have blinds drawn as it is not the publics responsibility to safeguard your data , it’s your responsibility and a clear window pane is not a good enough barrier.
And as for Victor Meldew demanding you leave the property 😂😂😂😂 has anyone EVER listened to him. I think not 😂😂😂
please give us a show of GDPR requests
7:48 byyyeeee! Bye bye bye 👋👋
Obviously got something to hide a brilliant audit.
Thanks
So does Gwent seeing as he resorted to the tried and failed GDPR blackmail tactic when someone tried to take his picture, only so called Auditors who have used the GDPR Blackmail Tactic I've seen have been those now in prison or who quit the so called Auditing business after being outed as criminals
The man isn't even a police officer, he's police staff
That guy was seething.
I would put money on that guy being a retired Dibble.
No doubt about it
"Are you a police officer? - "yeah yeah" what a clown 🤡
Nice red jumper, he got it for christmas 🤣😂🤣
You heard of AY since last night !!
Not at all, I’ve tried ringing him multiple times today
Hope he is ok that was crazy what happened TGA !! Respect brother 💯🙏💪🏻💪🏻 great video too !!
Enjoy your audits and all your friends audits like AY keep going mate
Thanks mate, appreciate the support for both of us
If you suspect that an employee has used their personal phones to video or photograph they can be in breach of GDPR.
So when that guy took a photo of you, you should of immediately went to the police station to identify his name for a Subject Access or put a complaint in that he took your photo and suspected it was his personal phone breaching GDPR. For me I would of made the complaint he used his personal phone. The police force take data breach very seriously.
Those officers reminded me of the Haribo advert of the police sat in the car 😂
Hahaha
Red Jumper Man needs to be sacked after that totally unacceptable behaviour.
