What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're in Burslem, in Stoke on Trent, I genuinely thought this police station had been abandoned at first looking at the state of the front, turns out it's still in use, a PC in plainclothes came out, she was fine, but then this egotistical idiot comes out and tries to grab my camera, then the Sgt tells me to move from a public place. Crazy one, hope you all enjoy.

Imagine him being an actual Officer. He'd be hands on and have you on the ground before he'd have even identified himself. He's probably a volunteer worker that normally sits at home on his own for 6 days a week, so gets a bit over excited when he sees someone.

Staff has the same problem of G4S by association of perceived powers of the blue line gang.
What’s worse was the SGT didn’t enforce the “just walk away staff” after establishing lawful conduct and told he’s allowed to document .
Internal station politics at work and seemed to be carrying himself above the “wet paper bag” SGT (which was even worse).

They are being turned into forts from which snatch squads will operate for private companies. The blue line gang badge is a recent low level Masonic symbol for the ranks, while it has been estimated in the past that most police levels of sergeant and above are Masons. These are the same people that protected Jimmy Savile. This is the system that is already established. Essentially, we now have an armed police force that came about by stealth.

burslem police station in jackson street burslem was always a 24hr police station with cells, they decided to save money years ago now and close it leaving a front desk for a couple of hours a day a couple of times a week, so its just used as an office for them to do their paperwork in now. staffordshire police aare in special measures for not being efficient and several other areas including the NOT recording of crimes and figures etc, and the ioc also made statements about their inability to communicate with the public properly at some point in the report. staffordshire police are a quite lazy police force basicaly poor man management and everything that goes along with it although they would obviously disagree with you. the staff MEMBER that came out to you shows what their feelings and attitudes are towards members of the public and when challenged about their behaviour or supposed constant authority their egos shine through like a searchlight. he failed to identify, he committed a sect 39 assault, after you left he continued to attempt to prolong the incident by coming back out again as you were leaving and then started taking pictures or video of you. make a formal request for the footage that he took, i can almost guarantee that he has not recorded his actions in honesty and accuracy and in all likeyhood the footage was not recorded as taking place. i am not anti police, i am not anti staffs police, but i am anti bad police and bad policing even when its police staff as opposed to warranted officers.

@@TheGwentAuditorTGA a police station is private property fella. It's not on a public street is it? Just like any other building it's private property such as a fire station, a hospital, a pub, a library blah blah blah. It's all still classed as private property. And that's not the same because a pavement which is on the street isn't classed as private property

These audit people should know that these are private areas, it’s simple sense!, it must be difficult for the police to deal with these attention seekers, but then they are mostly Northener’s. Not a sausage mate a pork pie?

I was with you until you said "because you have been awkward with me, I'm going to be awkward"
No, acting like a child because someone else acted like one is not acceptable. At that point you both become children.
On the other hand, you're a lot less toxic than some of the other auditors... so I guess that's a good thing.

This is unscripted as it happens and he is at risk. Don't you think with hindsight, he would have said something better himself. Its easy after the event to be word perfect. Overall, he did well i think.

his first problem in life was how to tell his sister he didn't like
the Postman Pat sweater she knitted for him,
and his 2nd problem how to get back at that evil auditor 💪🤓

It's a good job that staff member wasn't a police officer. Could you imagine what an absolute pig he would be if he actually had any power at all? No doubt he would abuse that power to the max.

If you really wanted to protect the data your handling you should either puta reflective coating on the windows or have blinds drawn as it is not the publics responsibility to safeguard your data , it’s your responsibility and a clear window pane is not a good enough barrier.
And as for Victor Meldew demanding you leave the property 😂😂😂😂 has anyone EVER listened to him. I think not 😂😂😂

So does Gwent seeing as he resorted to the tried and failed GDPR blackmail tactic when someone tried to take his picture, only so called Auditors who have used the GDPR Blackmail Tactic I've seen have been those now in prison or who quit the so called Auditing business after being outed as criminals

If you suspect that an employee has used their personal phones to video or photograph they can be in breach of GDPR.
So when that guy took a photo of you, you should of immediately went to the police station to identify his name for a Subject Access or put a complaint in that he took your photo and suspected it was his personal phone breaching GDPR. For me I would of made the complaint he used his personal phone. The police force take data breach very seriously.
