Anne, just wanted to let you know that you are not alone and to reassure you that the loss-and-regaining of focus actually *is* meditation. As long as you don’t get caught up in resistance to the difficulty with focusing and judging yourself, it is doing you just as much good as if you stayed in blissful focus the whole time. Promise!! ❤
