Aizen doing Hado 90: Kurohitsugi is wild, because even he had trouble controlling it at the start (using it against Komomura, no incantation) and then he does it again on Ichigo with full incantation and transcendence, and then he again with no incantation here with absolutely no trouble despite being bound in a chair and restraints.

This is why Shunsui is such a great head captain and possibly better than Yama. He knows that not every battle can be won on our own so he'll use unconventional methods to accomplish his goals even if it means throwing away his honor. he'll partner with friends and enemies alike to help his cause.
Its the exact opposite of how Yama created the Gotei 13, which were just a group of criminals and serial killers at first, brought together under his iron thumb.
What makes it better is that Yama raised Shunsui, so he made Shunsui a better man than he was.

The reason aizen is stronger than ichigo is because of the hogykou, the power of the hogyoku is evolve oneself state constantly be it due to a outside source or over time
But it doesn't exactly evolve Aizen anymore. It grants him gradual power and immortality perhaps. If it granted every wish he would've been able to break out of the chair. It is somewhat docile
@ yeah I shouldhave specified it it doesn’t evolve his nature anymore because the hogyoku didn’t see him worthy but because he still has it in him the power growth and reatsu growth that came with the evolution are still in effect
