    USA should switch to the metric system.
    It makes more sense than: feet, foot,inch , 1/16 etc etc nonsense.
    I'm planning similar design. Bought the 2x4 already

      The garage we have wouldn’t fit two empty honestly but could fit at least one car with room on sides to get family in and out

      I agree this would be a pain in the ass with stuff in the garage. That’s why I did this right when moved in.

      If I had a dollar…. Honestly it was slightly a time thing. It woulda cost me a extra 1000 to keep my storage containers for the move so I needed to get stuff moved in the garage.
      I did look into paint though and light colors work well to make space feel larger.
