    I am begaining to return back to exercise after a few months of cutting out, never thought those 15 minutes were challenging but here I am so sweaty and can’t even hold a breath 😅, thank you ❤

    Thank you very much for the 7 days a of the fall season workout Hannah your very amazing when comes mangos your very creative and very special how you put in the time and effort I know you never hear this alot I'm beginner I really enjoy your workouts.     I have a question, when I'm doing these exercises, sometimes my lower back isnt touching the mat. Is there anything I can do to train on that? Love your videos!!
