I have a question, when I'm doing these exercises, sometimes my lower back isnt touching the mat. Is there anything I can do to train on that? Love your videos!!
excellent workout, short and effective, I feel so toned up and my body feels already more flexible, only after some minutes of workout. Thank you so much, Hannah! You always come up with brilliant ideas and keep us inspired to coninue working out!
Thanks for the feedback 💛 this is the ideal speed you would want to get when you are stronger and can coordinate well with the movement. Please feel free to slow down and adjust to your own pace as you know your body the best. Hope you enjoy!! 💛
