Same, it’s strangely calming to me to hear gunshots and explosions in the distance. Would like to hear some faint distant screams and cries for a medic though.
There's an odd comfort hearing an ongoing battle when I sleep. My most difficult struggles, constantly being acknowledged. It helps a lot more than most people would think.
Amazing video, truly an amazing video. I can sleep safely deeply sleep safely and my family won’t have to deal with my night terrors all the time. Thank you.
All I need now, are the comforting screams of agony as incapacitated soldiers lie unable to move trapped within barbed wire and in artillery ditches… crying out for a medic Then that’s perfection, I’ll sleep like a log.
When someone finally puts up a video that plays what’s already in your head? Never even been to war but for what ever reason I constantly see and hear this in my mind. Haven’t figured out if it’s visions from a past life or precursor to a soon to be had future. Given how the world’s going. This is my and a lot of others future. Atleast when it comes I’ll know I can sleep during it. It already feels like home just listening to this. I wonder if that makes me insane or prepared………
Same here man… it’s not just you. I often dream about being in an armed conflict, no matter how hard I try to not be. I’ve also never had any experiences in conflict, yet everything is almost brutally real in some way as if our minds are accepting the fact it may become a reality, rather than just another dark fantasy. I’m often around guns and weapons in general, and I’m always hearing heli’s and aircraft over my house as I live close to an airbase and in the flight paths they take - it’s a sound I’ve grown used to, and there is a sense of uncomfortable reliability and safeness despite the harsh, almost gruelling, sounds. The dreams, I must say, are definitely not pleasant as they have shown me that war is not something to be proud of, let alone want to be I , and that death doesn’t wait for you to say goodbye. Everything’s so realistic - realistic to the way a body falls lifeless to the ground, to how pain conflicts with the body, to the bloodstains on uniforms as it erupts from the area of impact, to how fear corresponds with muscles and that adrenaline is a hindrance when your trying to think rationally, to how the face distorts and fractures, to how flesh is torn apart by a grenade or knife. It may be because your (or our) minds are too aware to the current world situation. It could be trying to prepare us for the (hopefully far) future to give some sort of familiarity before the gunshots and artillery rounds become real and not just a recording or simulation.
Nah your just a Warborn, someone who was a warrior in a past life, died in battle and reincarnated. That past life will help you most when you least expect it
I'm not too sure of this..Bringing back too many memories.. I'm already having trouble sleeping, for the better part 12 or so years..I'll have to think about this one for a while..Even tho it's been 20 years since my 3rd and final deployment..
It all reminds me 3 years of my life beeing in the War,it can to the point that I couldn’t sleep if there is no shootings cause it feels wierd to have peace
this is great but i think it would be better if there was a whistle every now and then as well as a bunch of ppeople running by or something to simulate a charge. and when there isnt a charge, a person walks by at random intervals
Well it would be nice if I wasn't up here in my eurofighter typhoon and- oop FOX 2 BUCKO KABOOM! (the sound of an exploding SU 35 fills the radio) can say things are nice up here tonight
Getting my self ready for ww3 finally all of us ac listening to this while we sleep being able to peacefully sleep in actual war knowing many before us couldn't
Being in the middle of a warzone is relaxing now? I guess this is the perception younger people would have after playing too many first-person shooters...
It was fine the first 6 or 16 minutes or so,can't remember that detail, until it sounded like a bullet flew by my right ear and hit something not far behind me. I was right awake after that.
If you made it current era and added some helicopter sounds that would have been better, at least that was the easiest way I was able to fall asleep in Afghanistan.
The only hope you have is to accept the fact that you're already dead. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you'll be able to function as a soldier is supposed to function: without mercy, without compassion, without remorse. All war depends upon it.
People today listen to this for nostalgia and comfortability, even though they have no memory of themselves actually living that time. Where as someone who actually fought in those trenches would be having major PTSD right now😂😂😂
Everybody gangsta till it keeps playing after u pause it
real talk 💯
No, that's when the REAL fun begins
Ukraine moment
As a former abrams crewman, night gunnery helped put me to sleep. Some of the best i had in the military.
Welcome to Belfast 😂🇮🇪
I actually fell asleep to this last night and it was the best sleep I've had in a long time to be completely honest
Something so comfortable yet terrifying yet soothing about the sound of gunfire and bomb shells
Real oh 👽

Enlist.
Same, it’s strangely calming to me to hear gunshots and explosions in the distance.

Grandpa: ah sh*t here we go again 💀💀💀
all the ww1 vets are dead
🤣 🤣
Hahahahahah 😅
😂😂😂
But like how CJ said it
There's an odd comfort hearing an ongoing battle when I sleep.
My most difficult struggles, constantly being acknowledged.
It helps a lot more than most people would think.
This is yet another proof that despite chaos, balance will always prevail. Peace returns, silence returns, and everything continues
This comment did NOT age well 😅
corny ah
Good to sleep to this. Gets you use to sleeping with one eye open
I hated the anticipation of waiting for a grenade to land in my bunker
But loved the view and ambience for some reason
It's alright boys, you guys sleep, I'll be on watch duty tonight....
Thank you, Komi-san

Ahh yes, Battlefield 1, the good old days

If you’re literally “constantly hearing this in your head” then you should seek a therapist.
Same here man… it’s not just you.

Y'all got creative minds. Use that for peace brokering. War fighting is cool and all but enjoy what you have while you have it.
Nah your just a Warborn, someone who was a warrior in a past life, died in battle and reincarnated. That past life will help you most when you least expect it
You know, I did not think war could make me relax until now
I'm not too sure of this..Bringing back too many memories..
I'm already having trouble sleeping, for the better part 12 or so years..I'll have to think about this one for a while..Even tho it's been 20 years since my 3rd and final deployment..

It came back!
Is it weird that when there's no noise I can't fall asleep. Like just this video give me a sense of belonging and rest
Dad: Hey son how did you sleep
Me: That's a tank

Thank you very much!
I love this even though I've never been deployed
Looks like WW1 but also resembles the way Firebases and Special Forces base camps were set up in Vietnam .
i love this
For anyone who misses their PTSD
Hard to miss something that never goes away.
Bro hopefully the flamethrower don’t reach me before I wake up
At one point i woke up thinking i hear real gunshots and proceeded to freak out
I wonder, how a war can also be a peaceful 😮
Ah, yes, bombs, explosions. Whould be interesting to play in a retirement home with a few veterans in it. That would add to the ambience.
For some reason I'm feeling an odd yet familiar sense of belonging from hearing this.
Lads the gods of artillery are among you all my you fight the good fight
game is bf1 map neville nights
Getting my self ready for ww3 finally all of us ac listening to this while we sleep being able to peacefully sleep in actual war knowing many before us couldn't

Why do everyone skipping it to 6:00:00?
Was dosing off almost un holster and popped my screen 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Every night this is the only thing that helps
Combine this with one of those "Golden oldies playing in the other room" kinda videos, and you're in for something very special.

Being in the middle of a warzone is relaxing now? I guess this is the perception younger people would have after playing too many first-person shooters...
You're so cool
How the hell do you expect me to relax to this
Why you watching it then
Ho well just a normal night in my town lol
I agree with the comment…maybe some soldiers running by…I’d hate to say it but we’d certainly hear screams…
Lovely
Ok but why is it actually helping
It was fine the first 6 or 16 minutes or so,can't remember that detail, until it sounded like a bullet flew by my right ear and hit something not far behind me.
I was right awake after that.
Why is war so relaxing?
Mmm time to sleep
Make a starwars battlefield one please preferably clonewars
Its pretty an all but only a fool would have Lanterns burning.
"Ah nice somthing to sleep to!"
ukranians:😱
As long as it is outgoing...
Reminds me of the Army.
If you made it current era and added some helicopter sounds that would have been better, at least that was the easiest way I was able to fall asleep in Afghanistan.
After sleeping in the Stryker vehicle, I would rather sleep in the elements.
tak yur pant of
"well all right"

I'll take shift boys, get some rest.
If any of y’all need me I’ll be in my cot tent sleeping
Now how did you not die in this battlefield lobby If that where me I would have had a sniper doink me from no where
People today listen to this for nostalgia and comfortability, even though they have no memory of themselves actually living that time. Where as someone who actually fought in those trenches would be having major PTSD right now😂😂😂
I put this on for war board games, i cant imagine why someone would want to sleep to this lol
This sounds more peaceful then having a girlfriend live with you. 😂😂
...be a lot cooler if the ads didn't wake me up
I accidently shouted "Grenades!!!" At 3am 💀
