Great review. Just got the same bow in 70lbs
Awesome, enjoy it
Love the videos man keep it up👍
Thanks Logan
If I can't win this, then I really hope I can buy one in August. Bless you Sean for all your hard work in showing us all this awesome equipment. It all looks extremely time consuming, and I appreciate it!
Thanks!!! Either way, I hope you enjoy your new bow!
Only watching your vid is all what I can do ..ohhh noo God give me compound bow.🤕🤕😭😭 Another great informative vid. Thanx sean
Thank you Biak
Love all the vids I was in the live bow giveaway yesterday
Cool thanks
Good job Good bless you
Thank you and God bless you as well!
Oh I’m all in and I’m a hunting fanatic
Great.
I just started shooting compound. I have an old threshold that isn't bad for my first bow. When I can I'll get a nicer bow. I like your reviews.
Thanks Gene
Such an amazing bow! Was a tie for 1st for me at the ATA show. Hope all is well my friend
Thanks brother, yeah, it ties for first for em as well. Hope you are well. God bless you
Nice review. It seems like a great bow, and I wish the best for whoever wins. For compounds, I am shooting a PSE Drive R, Hoyt RX-1, and Mathews VXR 31.5. I have not had the opportunity to try the Elite, but I like the tuning aspect that you described.
Nice, don't try it cause you may end up buying yourself yet another bow.
Sean's Outdoor Adventures my wife would not be to thrilled with another bow. I am hooked on my VXR and Satori...for now. Just a suggestion, could you begin or end with a verse that applies for you?
@@chadandveronika I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for regarding the verse. Is this aside from the verse I am using for the giveaway?
Sean's Outdoor Adventures scripture.
@@chadandveronika Yes, I understand you mean Scripture verse, but what I am not clear on is whether you are asking me to add a verse in addition to the one I am already putting in each video? I guess that is what is confusing to me, I have been putting Scripture verses in each video, and when you asked me to put a verse in, it just wasn't clear to me what exactly you were looking for since I already put a verse in.
I have a 24in draw, so it’s a little on the slow side but man seeing you shoot it, it’s smooth
Yes it is a nice bow.
WOW... That's fast..... 300 fps with 450 grain ARROW.... That's a spectacular hunting bow
Yeah nice bow!
My brother has a 30" draw. Bought a used ass old Darton so im doing my best To set him up this year I already had to lengthen the draw length bump Up the draw weight Got him arrows got him Broadheads So We will see. Maybe next year we can get him set up with the kure
Cool
I've learned a lot from your videos. Thank you.
I've been hunting for a number of years but finally took up the compound bow for hunting last year. I was thinking of getting my adult son a compound bow, but, like you, he has long arms, and it's hard to find a bow that would fit him. He has a 78.5 inch wingspan, so I guess that translates into about 31 or 31.5 inch draw. Do you have any bow suggestions? I am not sure how much he will use it, so I don't want to go flagship. But I'm also a little skeptical of some of the entry level bows. I started with an Edge SB1, but the limbs bent after a couple of years of target shooting (I probably didn't maintain it properly). I got a Hoyt Powermax for my hunting.
Hmmmm. I'm not sure what bows go that long in draw length any more that are not flagship. I know there are some entry level bows, but don't know that any are any better than the SB-1 you had. The Sb1 only goes to 29.5 inch draw at 70 pounds, and the new Edge 320 goes to 30.5 at 70 pounds. The edge 320 isn't bad. The Dragon X8 I recently reviewed also goes to almost 31 at 70 pounds. It is only $199 and pretty much as good as the Diamond bows. You may even want to consider getting a used flagship bow off of Archerytalk.com in the classified adds.
@@seansoutdoors Thanks. I may get the $199 bow - if he enjoys it and continues to use it I can upgrade later. If I go this route, I'll find your link so you get the credit.
@@richardhynes5663 Thanks, Richard. God bless you.
Can you review the Hoyt Torrex XT? Not much about it online.
I haven't seen one to even review.
This giveaway is on my birthday. Be a nice bow for my boy ha.
Awesome! You're born on the solemnity of the Assumption. That's awesome
Thank You for taking the time to run this review all the way out and do the detail work.
I would like to see the numbers on this in a review sheet like you have for the Ember and others on you website. Where could I find those?
I have been shooting a 60lb bow and I am looking at the Kure. I have been advised that it would be best to buy a 60lb max draw bow than to buy the 70lb bow and reduce that draw. But as I strengthen I would like to have the option of increasing. Thoughts?
I don't think I made a review page for this one. I can't remember. I've been so busy that I haven't had time to do as much as I would like.
I’m at the 26 inch draw length setting for the Kure. You are saying that at the #9 setting which is 26 inches, the draw length actually is 27 inches? Does this mean that I’m actually a 27 inch draw?
Possibly. Each bow can have variance but very likely
How would you say this stacks up with the PSE NXT 33?
Haven't tried that PSE bit the Kure is really nice.
So are these numbers at 65# draw weight? I think I might of missed that…
This boat was tested at 70 lb
Do you have an arrow video. How far the tips are supposed to go past the rest and how the weights of arrows work. Is there an exact system for draw length to arrow length??
You typically get measured for arrow length. It should go to the edge of the riser on the back of the bow at least. Here is a video on arrow spine. You should look on the arrow manufacturer's website to get all the details. ua-cam.com/video/hIlBVc74h2I/v-deo.html
Can you review the quest radical?
If they send me one I will. Can you email them and ask if they'd consider it? It helps if it is not just me sending them emails.
are you sure the speeds are accurate after 28 inches because the drop away isn't dropping
It is an arrow with no fletch so it doesn't need to drop. Only if it had Fletch would you need it to drop. If anything it's providing better arrow flight because it's supporting the arrow the whole time
With this bow at 28.5 dL and 70 lbs w an arrow of 340 grain what’s the FPS thanks
I'm not sure.
Would I be close to 3 hundred something at FPS? Cause I barely ordered a elite Kure waiting on it to come in thanks
@@robertramirez3051 Ummm, at that draw length I'm guessing you might be under 300 but I think it could be somewhere close.
@@seansoutdoors thank you
👍
What release is that
Fletcher outsider
How would you compare it to Mathews vxr ? How do I get a chance to win brother?
Some similarities in smoothness, but Elite has a solid back wall with the limb stop. Mathews have a softer back wall with the cable stops. Mathews also requires you to swap out high hats to tune whereas Elite's new SET technology is the turn of a screw to tune for horizontal arrow flight.
Is elite kure feel good on the shoulder sean?
Yeah I liked it.
Iam a lefty
Guess you'd have some choices to make.
Do you like black eagle arrows? Still new to archery.
I've never used them but people I've talked to that use them seem to like them.
Hey Sean when you are giving this how away in August would you be asking for the scripture verse of some of your older videos or verses from all the vids you post from now to august
ua-cam.com/play/PL-rtLON_MVhNHtivNAoY8yMyDE6XJvX8u.html
@@seansoutdoors hi I noticed 2 of them are private and would you be picking someone to answer from the live just like the last one? and well I actually missed the last giveaway waited the entire day and when the time came I and to leave well hope I have better luck next time also thank you Sean for everything you have heled me with
@@seansoutdoors do hope I can possibly win this one and quick question when commenting on the giveaway do we have to comment our name or anything
@@seansoutdoors so you would be picking a scripture verse from on of these videos?
@@crazymods1795 They are private because they are scheduled to air over the next two weeks. They will have been live before the giveaway.
your too close to the sencors in the crono
You need to be as close as possible in order to get the actual speed of the bow because the arrow speed decreases as it flies. (If you're too far you're not getting an authentic reading for the bow) The key is to not let the arrow go under the sensor at any time before taking the shot because if you do (like when you draw) it could throw the reading off. That's why I point the arrow to the side while drawing then aim under the sensor cap.
