      ​@@crystalangsari I tend to work overtime esp. when there's some urgent stuffs I need to chase progress, but I try to consciously stop my work when it's time to rest & also try not sleeping too late I'd also try to do / learn things that I feel will be beneficial to my mind-body wellbeing -- so I can very much relate why you choose to meditate & write journals!

      @@sallylim3851 It's great that you're practicing self awareness in your daily routine; it's something that I constantly struggle with 😗 Sometimes the temptation to do more work is just too much to resist!

    Wow. Your first video kicks off amazingly with nice scripts. I'm impressed that you can write 1,500 words a day. In order to have a good habit, firstly we need to know what's our purpose and the target that we want to achieve. Looking forward for your coming videos.

      Hey Daniel thanks a bunch for the kind comment! I generally have a lot of noise going in my head so it really helps in 'decluttering' and figuring out which thoughts are worth paying attention to and which ones to let go. Definitely recommend journalling 😊 Good luck w your channel as well!!!
