- This is pure install and getting started, because that's skipped over by a lot of how to use Logseq.
On Linux install
While the official method on Logseq for Linux currently AppImage, if at all possible I would recommend using the flatpack from flathub.

Workshop is available again, and for all the readers that actually check the pinned comments you can use COMMENTSQUAD for a 5 euro discount. Both for the workshop and my Just the Files option.
Please note that full presentation recording will go up end of this week.
Oh no, I read it too late... but I am also underwhelmed by the content of the Just the files option... I hope it will be filled because it is not a good offer right now.
Thanks for the feedback, I was on the fence on releasing it this early. refunded everyone that got the just the files option and wil relaunch once the core elements are in place.
You still have full access and I will reach out once the elements are in place to ask if it feels like the right value for money.
I'm new to this part so please excuse me making mistakes while I find the right balance.
Thank you very much from Seoul, Korea ...
Really enjoy your videos, Bas! Thank you!
Thank you 😊
Cool 🙂
I have mine saved in my documents folder which syncs via Onedrive. I haven't had any issues with performance. I think it's because onedrive it's tightly integrated with Windows.
Awesome, good to know that onedrive doesn't have the issue. I might just need to do a full test at some point with different sync solutions.
Are they planing to add sync in onedrive or dropbox like Joplin?
Not in the app as far as I know. You should be able to have the notes folder in the Dropbox or Onedrive folder and that will work for syncing. I did something similar with Onecloud before sync was introduced
@@toolsontech good idea. thank you
More workshops please ...
I'll be opening a new plan next Friday. Need a bit of time to automate part of it and include the lessons from the first one.
Workshop dates are up! Thanks for the encouragement!
The QuickStart framework template is not accessible.
Thank you so much for letting me know, I updated the link so it points to the github repository that will always carry the latest version. Get it from here github.com/bgrolleman/logseq_template
@@toolsontech - That worked, thanks!

Hi Bas! The workshop is sold out already. LOL. Clearly, there's a market there. Put me on the mailing list for the next workshop?
If you're on my mailinglist you will get informed but I'll also post it here once I have everything setup for the next session. I expect Friday
More workshop dates are up!
