😮 I will definitely make this my next phone when it comes out. Great job Motorola. Just ordered a razor looking for it to come in the mail any day now. I definitely believe that this phone right here will be my next upgrade.
if it opened to the side it would be much more useful and maybe even better than the folding ones, but it would have to be faster and it seems more fragile. but it's nice to see innovations like that.
I really like this honestly, I love smaller phones but large screens are nice for videos and movies. I'd buy this in a heartbeat so long as it has a decent camera and good battery 🙌
You can enjoy small and large phone in hand all together wow ..most of the time like to use smaller phones and except for watching movie or UA-cam then large display and this phone concept is offering both experience in same phone
Its amazing because it acts as a compact phone as well, which means no compromise in size but still more accessible, its much better than Apple's compact mode.
That screen would scratch really easily. Maybe in the next 10 years or so we might get flexible material that'll self heal that can be used as rollable screens.
I think they can make half glass half bending screen for this, having it this way phone will not get scratches in general but only when we use and that a case for every bending screen 😅
Foldables are old news. Motorola needs to turn that Rizr rollable concept into an actual mass market product. That's a device that looks like it comes from 10 years into the future. very very cool but I have a question. Why do they thinkWe need bigger phones anyway? I used to have a very tiny phone and it was good exept a little too short, than i got bigger one and it was perfect but now I got even bigger one thats already too big. And yet people are buying even bigger ones? Why?
I’ve always dreamt of a phone that is incredibly tiny like a ledstrip remote but be fully functional and this phone does that incredibly! Will it ever be released?
Neqti, but the rolling is a bit slow and will probably get annoying quickly. Also, there's no way the display is going to survive if you dropped while it's in the extended position. Still neat.
I heard LG was gonna do this too but horizontal. Unfortunately, they got tired of the market, released the Wing, and showed off the concept of expanding screen phones as a goodbye.
I confirm, it looks like razr, unlike ones before... shame there is so much phones looking alike, unlike before. Nobody is daring to do enough to be extra, thats why they go down.

Missed the opportunity to name it "Motoroller"
This is such a great and realistic application for the wrappable screens. Awesome!
Moto “Rolla”. Perfect opportunity.
Moto Rolla
I still miss LG, I sometimes wonder where they would be if still in the phone market today. But Moto is the next best underdog.
So freaking cool

It's nice seeing Motorola back in the inovations game.

They wont. Its just for novelty imo
It's probably a plastic screen protector that will protect from minor scratches really.
