Actually, it is important to understand that the population of all UE countries' is hostage of planted WEF young global leaders, in the same way as Canadians are hostages of Trudeau. It make totally sense because in the 1960s French President Charles de Gaulle proposed a similar concept of a "third way or third path" : an alternative international alliance, relation or group of interest different from the USSR or the US. To justify the French president’s possible attendance as an observer, Catherine Colonna explained during a visit to South Africa at the end of June that “we need to talk to understand each other and find solutions”. At the time, her South African counterpart was not totally opposed to this possibility.
The idea ultimately flopped, as Naledi Pandor confirmed on Monday that “no such invitation has been sent out”, a decision taken in consensus with the other BRICS countries and one that will not displease the Kremlin. Moscow felt that such an invitation would be “inappropriate”, given France’s position on the war in Ukraine and its membership of NATO.

* Join the New Development bank
* Accept the new BRICS currency

In terms of this outreach from France I think the Minister of International Affairs of South Africa has made a very important point. BRICS is in the process of formulating its own admission policies and goal documents. This is an important point as it will mean that BRICS can address issues of a multilateral nature such as rules for Observers , non members and so forth. They will address issues of expansion and whether the formation will remain in the form of developing country membership or also embrace others as Observers like the OECD has done while retaining control. I think these are important issues to keep in mind as once again it seems the request from France is already generating unnecessary speculation as France has not declared its intent. This is unfortunate as it already is intentionally or not sowing seeds of distrust and potential division amongst us from the developing world particularly from Africa. We are reacting prematurely. Whatever decision the leaders take will be viewed with suspicion as conclusions will have already been drawn either way. Sometimes we need to have confidence in our leaders and respect the fact that they also need the space to consult and arrive at conclusions without being confronted with unfounded conclusions based on our, yes admittedly painful, experiences.
BRICS works for developing world economy especially for the developing countries. It won't interfere foreign affairs of their members. BRICS=Economy: NATO=Militarily.

Nope, no European nation or North American nation should be invited, it will considerably defeat the purpose of the grouping at this point; the reason why the grouping has suddenly gained so much global clout is because of the alternative to the western global economic hegemonic tendency to put global trade on hostage just to satisfy their own national interests, thus creating conundrums in dependent developing economies that need to compete for so called globally recognized mechanisms for international trade, the most significant of these being the USD.

My opinion on the issue of France joining BRICS is a "NO!" Any organisation must have a criteria for qualification; and I believe France need to be disqualified. BRICS is dedicated to the upliftment of 3rd world countries because the rise of Russia and China has presented an opportunity to better advance our poor & coloured brothers; if China has not progressed as greatly as she did, our 3rd world brothers will have to remain poor. However, due to America's hubris, indifference, cronyism, aggression, threats, bullying, sanctions, military invasions, corruption, arrogance an exceptionalism; B.R.I.C.S. along with its New Development Bank (N.D.B.) attracted many other nations to join, while others expressed their interest to join the the near future. Today there's Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (A.I.I.B.) and Shanghai Cooperation Organization (S.C.O.) for which many nations around the world share their desire to join. I do suspect that the West will resist to the very end, but if the membership prevails then the U.S. Dollar will no longer be the world's reserve currency. Now Egypt, Indonesia, Bangledesh, Saudi Arabia, Iran, United Arab Emirates and others are more than willing to be invited to the B.R.I.C.S. Summit in August of 2023. If this summit succeeds, then what was once conceived as a pipe dream in view of the West, would be a significant economic, cultural and even military allience to be reckoned with by the West.
