    Thank you. It has been almost 4 years since I had lymph nodes removed during a radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer. I only received a 2 page pamphlet. I think I’m going to find your channel extremely helpful.

    Thank you very much .... around 3 to 4 weeks ago I had Wide excision marginal mandiblectomy, neck dissection, reconstruction surgery and now I am advised to do some exercises and lymphatic drainage massaging your channel has been so helpful. You are a blessing for a patient like me. God bless

    Hi! I have shoulder pain in my right that initiated with a pull from my dog on a walk. It resolved, but came back with my Covid shots and 6 months later is still here. I cannot get any shots on my left side due to high risk of lymphedema. Unfortunately there is long a wait for PT at my local clinic. Can you recommend any exercises I can try between now and then? What do patients do who have risk of lymphedema on both sides?
