The New Moon in Capricorn holds profound significance for the year 2024, marked by the cosmic alignment of the 111 portal. Capricorn, an earth sign ruled by disciplined Saturn, symbolizes ambition, structure, and the pursuit of long-term goals. This lunar event amplifies the energies of resilience and strategic planning, encouraging us to set intentions for personal and professional growth. The 111 portal, with its numerological resonance, enhances the manifestation potential, offering a gateway for profound spiritual insights and alignment with our soul's purpose. WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

This was so beautiful and perfectly timed for me. I woke filled with heavy, sad energy. That has now been transmuted into peace and confidence in my future. In today's meditation I realized that the new moon is not truly dark. Her light is only hidden from me for a moment. As above, so below. My light, too, is never truly gone, even when I am only able to perceive a sliver.

Thank you so much Suchi. I am forever greatful for all the guided meditation that you post. This one in particular I could feel the shift. Before sitting for this meditation I have been feeling stuck. While doing this meditation I could totally sense a strong sensation in my heart chakra. There was a heavy burning sensation in my solar plexes chakra as well which just gradually started fading away as I kept on releasing. I wanted to know can we get back to this meditation later if and when we feel stuck. Thank you once again❤
