The obvious options for you would be Adidas D Rose 6 or 7, Reebok Question, Kamikaze, Answer 4 or 5, Nike Kyries, PGs, KDs. The Lebrons, Hyperposites and the like are for guys 3 times as heavy as you are.

It depends really. If your feet are on the wide side, then go half up. These go snug.

Damn, i thought I was alone with the shoes cutting my inner ankle bone! I will try to lace them up fully as you described and hoping it gets better. Shoes are great except this one issue which is hindering my enjoyment enormously

Those look great, have seen one in a different colorway and they are certainly an eye catching pair. I like these more than the Agimat. But if I may ask, which of the Lebrons is your favorite to play in?
Numbered Lebrons, the 17's are my current favorite. It fits right. But if we're talking about the whole Lebron arsenal, my favorite is still the Soldier 9.

Theyre not the easiest to put on so you must consider that when wearing these to airports etc... But theyre a comfy walker no doubt. At least for me

So you're saying the foot pain is just break in time? I'm a wide footer and the same thing happened to me with the medial part of the collar. Whenever I tighten the left shoe it always pinches a nerve.
I got lebron 18s and same things happened to me does that pain stay or do you just have to break the shoe in
The blaxk currency color way has an excellent traction i have that same ankle issue on the shoe where it digs in but the color way does affect traction translucent rubbers got the best traction on the 17s

Thank you for this review! I thought I was going insane cause I couldn't find anything about other people's left inner ankle bone being "bitten into". No issues with the right side though. Wonder why that is.

same exact thing happened to me in regards to the sore ankle bone, left a circular black and blue bruise on my right inner ankle bone, I had them laced all the way up idk what to do to correct it! ankles are killingmeright now, I have I guess wider feet and am a bigger dude
I am not alone it seems. Try to wear 2 socks to somehow add cushion to the ankle area. I did that and it worked too.

Is it just me, or the zoom pods on the lateral side of the shoe isn't as bouncy and responsive as the zoom pods on the medial side of the shoe?
It may be because you feel the medial pod more at lift-point. The stress is usually on the ball of the foot, which the medial pod supports.

I think you are tightening your shoe lace not proper..
When you move your ankles from heel strike to toe off.. there's e great difference from the degree of difference of your toe from your shin ( ankle in flexed position)
I think you tighten your shoe when your ankle is in extended position..
Thats why you have issues on your ankle.
