Thanks, 4 generations of pride in our cows to make em look good.
Nice lots of work ❤️
I miss our old dairy farm. Bedding stalls in the winter. We used wood shavings. Cows are awesome
How long since you milked?
1995. 29 ago.
Those cold days sound like much more work than the rest of the year. All that good fertilizer being used ! Thank you for sharing.🐂
More vlogs please!
Very clean barn. THank you for a great video.
Thank you for watching!
Beautiful heard
Thank you!
Nice to see. Calm clean cows just being cows.
Thank you!
That beautiful farm could pass as one in Upstate NY around Richfield Springs or Amsterdam. Brings back memories when i grew up on a dairy farm in the 70s.
Thanks, glad I could bring you back in time.
Nice Brownies great to see them on video have alot of them here in Southern Wisconsin also close by to where that spreader was made in Brodhead Wi. Nice drone work. Jeff.
Thank you!
Really enjoy your video looking forward to seeing more of those brown Swiss saying hello from Utah looking forward to seeing more Swiss cows more milking manure flinging thank you thank you for all that you do
Thank you!
Great Video! Nice herd of Swiss.. no robots .... dairying as it should be!
Thank you, robots maybe in the future.
Waw first farming channel I have found with brown swiss. Used 5 units of brown swiss on our holsteins about 30 yrs ago , resulting in one heifer , a favourite although she was an ugly thing.
That's what we've had since grandpa bought his first 4h calf in 1951. They're pets.
Awesome drone footage
Thank you!
I miss milking and taking care of cows that way and good looking group of Swiss
Thank you! Thanks for watching.
Have holstein but had 1 swiss, alway tied her up and made her the last one in the parlor because she only leave when she wanted. You have a nice herd. Just found your channel. And did subscribed
They do what they want when they want that's for sure.
Great video Carter
Thank you!
Went to the universal factory in Albert Lea for training several times.Thank you for responding.
That's a couple hours away.
We always had a hand full of Swiss in our herd but just never seemed to get many heifer calves.
That's too bad.
The dairies in our area have pretty much disappeared. There's like maybe four in a hundred mile radius. Someone in a neighboring county built a new free stall barn with a robotic milker. They have a creamery and bottle their own milk. I bet the cost of the robotic milker would scare you to death. 😆
That's sad, not necessarily, with new equipment comes new opportunities that you didn't have before and other things that can come with robots can help cash flow or improve cow comfort for milk.
Just founf this channel. I like it simply because you have Brown Swiss csttle. Everone else usually has Jerseys or Holistein.
Thanks, I'll try to do more videos.
Love the Brown Swiss! How many head? Sorry, just found my answers!
We love them too!
Where is your farm at?I installed Universal dairy equipment in the late 70's early 80's in upstate New York. Most channels show DE Lavel ,Surge or Bou Matic.Nice job with the animals.

Start milking cows, and the cats will show up in droves where there were none.
They’ve actually done experiments and sealed off the barn and somehow cats got in anyway through a parallel dimension It has scientists stumped.
You can't have to many cats in a stall barn. How many mice and rats would there be if there aren't cats to keep them under control ? Some milk in a bowl and a scoop of cat food is a cheap investment for rodent control.
The milk and a bowl and cat food makes them too lazy and they don't hunt. They go to the bathroom in the feed and stink up the barn
