This is an example it's Not an easy band to interview, some artist are amazing , we always say this because we love their music , but as human beings and their personality . well....People like Morrissey, Talk Talk, Mark Hollis, Liam, Gallagher...and some others they are all strange, very reserved . Apart from listening to their music, you don't want to meet them because they can surprise you with a rude attitude.

I like Talk Talk, but the band members can have an attitude. The questions asked by the interviewer were not difficult , nothing political, nothing sexual. Mark Holies has given other interviews presenting himself with an attitude , drunk, off his head, but yes we still like his music. Other artists also make their mistakes as well . George Michael was always very polite he answered any questions if he has made a mistake in his life but he was still respectful to anyone. Mark was so hard to interview in mainstream media. 04:42 Freddie Mercury would have been more diplomatic than Mark. That killing silence right after a silly question, and then he left for the stage. That interviewer was quite shallow and uninteresting and then he ends up calling them "crazy", because Talk Talk were actually living in another world than his ...hahaha...

I guess after Mark said that they were told to say that the cure music video was their favourite, that probably upset Mark. The question about the lyrics is a perfectly reasonable question though and I'd say a good question to ask.

The reason why Mark didn't want to answer the question about the lyrics breaking up and such, is because of his divorce. The divorce was happening during the creation of this album or the possibility of his marriage ending. Though I think it may have just been the downfall of his marriage cause the next album was most likely the divorce. The question and persistence from the guy trying to get an answer most likely infuriated Mark internally as well. And why should Mark even answer it? That kind of private information shouldn't be made public in my opinion, only with friends or family.
