Community Emissary
The Community Emissary is an exclusive community weekend emissary. It offers up to a two-and-a-half times boost to gold, reputation, Seasonal Renown, Allegiance, and Guild Reputation for all players on the High Seas.
To raise the Community Emissary Grade, you need to watch Sea of Thieves streams on Twitch. The more you watch, the higher the boost we all get. Once again, the top Community Emissary Grade will give us all a two-and-a-half times boost to everything.
Twitch Drops
There will be a range of Twitch Drops for everyone. A special drop will be unlocked after we collectively complete one hundred thousand voyages in the game. It will be a brand new Obsidian item: the Obsidian Captain’s Bed.
Login Rewards
Log in to the game during the event to receive a Performing Pup Emote and an exclusive Community Weekend Flag.
Additionally, a variety of voyages, typically locked behind Trading Companies progression, including the lucrative Legend of the Veil, will be available to all pirates.
Finally, keep an eye on the #seaofthives social media channels for clues on where you can dig up some tantalizing treasures. - Ігри
Special note about the Obsidian Bed. Rare has been adament on saying that it unlocks when 100,000 voyages are complete via diving. They are encouraging people to hop servers for the most community interaction.

There has been players who were able to get pirate legend off of a brand new account in one or two days during community week

How do you raise the guild emmisarry or do you not need to raise for the multiplyer
Raising an Emissary Flag lets you increase the flag's Emissary Grade and boost the Guild Reputation and gold you earn from selling treasure to the Sovereigns. You can raise your Guild Emissary Flag by interacting with the Guild Emissary Table at the Sovereigns on any Outpost.
To do that you must be a member of a guild

It's not a separate flag, don't worry. It's a buff for every player on High Seas.
