Still find it wild how Athenas fortune kept one of the most dangerous relics in the sea of thieves....chained to an outpost bar counter 😂
It was in the Athena’s fortune hideout. But rare was too lazy to find a way for the reapers to steal it so they just lazily put it in the tavern and left it
I mean, it's obvious that the whole Tasha arc was just an excuse to get the sword out in the open so the Reapers could steal it.
But from a storied perspective, I reckon Tasha had to be close to the sword at all times so it would cure her curse. And I wouldn't be surprised if that chain was meant to be made of the same unbreakable metal that the chests are made from.
Oh was that sword important? I just took it because it looked cool.

I think the orb is talking about something else I think it’s talking about Jr. and the day he learns of his father death after waiting for him to return home for so long slowly realizing that he was not coming back to the estate then coach arrived with the news to confirm what Jr. was worried about
Well the pirate Lord should have the sword of souls secured safely back down a Athena fortune hideout.
I reckon the orb dialogue refers to Flameheart before he was cursed. While in his estate, at a young, age. Two men came to his estate and informed him that his own father was found guilty of piracy, and they had come to claim property. Flameheart sent one man away with a bleeding nose, and the other had to crawl away.
It's _possible_ that the "green lands of the estate" could be referring to the Sea of the Damned since Flameheart has spent a lot of time there and it's a place of memories.
Not gonna lie Tasha's story arch wrap up was not one of the stronger story telling points from Rare, while the next season update looks great, I just hope the story portion isn't going to be as lack luster as "Oops massively important mcguffin got nicked~!"
The story could be amazing. In fact, this could be one of the best stories in current video gaming and really draw people in if they acted like they gave a damn.

The pirate lord cared for Tasha, and to be honest, his friends are everywhere spread so thin, like he said and that’s why the guardians are great with a faction formed on glory and friendship
I want a detailed essay on why the pirate lord thought simple, probably rusty chains, on a wooden counter for everyone who walks in the tavern to see, wouldn’t EASILY get grabbed
I'm hoping they actually start working on the dig sites because it's rather boring for them to just have added their rocks and maps on each of them then to just poop the entire things out of no where. Also it would be pretty cool if they move the burning blade to the reaper's lair until season 13, kinda like how the phantom burning blade was in Flameheart's cave thing in the heart of fire tall tale.

I'll tell you something not many people know, the next 'adventure' was suppose to be a where reapers go steal it using the upcoming features for sneaking. This however got pushed forward for reasons released public and the adventure was cancelled along with future ones. This adventure was suppose to tie everything together. That's all I'm going to leak about that one as i'm not even suppose to speak about that to be honest.
I had logged in during the Community Weekend into Ancient Spire and saw the blade on the bar next to Tasha and I also saw that her arm was fixed. The blade, which was glowing red; had an interaction on it as well but I didn't go through all the scripting as my wife was waiting on me.
It's kind of sad though with Tasha. They give us a whole event of her losing half her arm only to get it fixed in just a few lines of dialog. Missed opportunity there.
What if the unicorn tavern was trashed and burned with some skeleton remnants everywhere to show that there was a raid at the tavern to take the sword?

This would be amazing (imo) in about a year on July 25th 2025 SoT release a new set of Tall Tales Flameheart tales where we finally finish Flameheart's year of rain and terror and as we are just about to finish him we finally get the reveal of the Captain and he is the one that kills him and the Tales basically ends on a cliffhanger where the Captain is the new enemy on the Sea of Thieves

so i have a question, if the actual burning blade ship is gone, what's gonna happen to the step in the tall tale when you needed to get the eye from the figure head of the ship itself, will that step be removed or will the burning blade remains temporarily spawn in to allow for that step to take place?

I don't mean to be a pessimist, but I feel like the old buildup lore addition to the game isn't going to happen with this. Otherwise, we'd have seen dig sites on all of the islands that they're going to be changing and there would have been other hints around the game world that things are going to happen. That kind of stuff usually happens months before there's a release of a new update. Reaper's hideout was built up over like half a year
I feel like 13's going to launch and flameheart's. Just going to be sitting in a chair at The hideout waiting like he's been there the whole time.

Bro it’s the dark brethren To be honest, where was the sword of souls be maybe it’s not in the reapers hideout I mean did anyone investigate if it’s there or not like if it’s right next to lamefart jr because honestly, it’s got to be the dark brethren maybe they decided to have a change of plan, because since they realise that the sort of souls can conjure memories and a cure Tasha, maybe they should use it to conjure the cure themselves so they can gather more people to the ranks. It makes sense anyway, and also it would be a revenge story because maybe wander is planning to kill Lamefart using the cure implants to erase reapers hideout from existence. She would definitely want revenge.

The Ancients will intervene to stop the dark brothers and keep them busy.

I swear the reapers are so much cooler, they seem to get all the good weapons, powers, a warship, and they're expanding, and they seem to always be a step ahead of the other factions
