This is the second chapter of the first ever full length video of Ronnie Coleman (1997). Back and Biceps.
Mr. Olympia, Ronnie Coleman living in the Texas. This is Ronnie Coleman's first video. This video shows all of Ronnie's workouts in contest condition and was shot right after the 1997 Mr. Olympia, just one year after he got his first Mr. Olympia Sandow. Also includes his lifestyle as a full time police officer. Ride along "COPS" style.

Probably could. This era is terrible.
Dont think so, many underestimate today lineup i belive. That being said i think Ronnie should have placed higher previously to 1998 anyways. There´s a comparison between him and flex in 1996 at a small show and Ronnie easily should have beaten him.

I have a question: was Ronnie training good form now and then once he became Mr O and wanted to show off his strength he did bad sloppy form in those videos for the cameras. Then the rest of the season he’s training good form?
To put that much mass he put on later you have to train heavy
@@colemorgan2795 he probably trained just as hard, but with weights a bit lighter/cleaner form so he could hit higher volume. But who knows 🤷🏽♂️

Amazing how much Ronnie improved since this video. That's one of the biggest difference between him and everyone else. Always getting better every year.
The problem is that he doesn't know when to stop leveling up.. even though his metabolism has slowed down as he gets older..

Same type of gym as Dorian Yates used to train in. None of this modern fancy stuff. Just hardcore basics which worked for both of them.

Don't know her name but she was Ronnie's girlfriend at the time.

Ronnie’s girlfriend at that time was Ondrea “Vickie” Gates. She was an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder and finished as high as Second for three consecutive years in the Ms Olympia (1999, 2000, 2001). She retired in 2003.
