I used to go to the gym as a teenager 20 years ago. I've been working out regularly for 6 years straight and I was pretty big and strong. I miss those times, the hardcore basement gym and posters of the mass monsters of the 90s era everywhere. I decided to return to the gym 3 months ago and I'm on a mission to get in shape again. Thank you for uploading this, I remember when we've managed to obtain those videos back then we were watching them almost religiously.
Mr. Coleman is the greatest bodybuilder in the field.
Even 20 years later with all the advancement he can't be touched. Not only for his times but regardless of anything. Prime Coleman still has not been beaten.
I think it is his training style. Man just went all out on heavy heavy barbell movements. Something about heavy free weights that gives a certain look . Also he said he trained each muscle twice a group once heavy barbell once dumbbell. Nowadays pros train once a week each muscle and with machines and only go heavy on smitch machine or dumbbells. I could be wrong
