Simon pegg is such an underrated dramatic actor, he had great moments in Shawn of the dead and Worlds End. I really hope this blasts him back into the mainstream
I'm happy they used this episode to utilize his amazing range. I was worried he would just be stock comedic relief.

I think Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s character is in Butchers mind. At the end in the barn, when he was talking to Sameer, Sameer looked over to where Kessler should’ve been as if he couldn’t see him. It’s all in Butchers head. Part of his ‘Venom’ personality from the V. No one else has interacted with him, because he’s not really there.
I think his character was once a close friend of Butcher and he also got killed by Homelander or any other supe like Becca

They focused on showing the bunny got Temp-V and then showed him having tentacles crawling out. That is whats in Butcher.
I have a theory that Jeffrey Dean Morgan's character really doesn't exist...he might be another part of Butcher's hallucination like Becca...I think Jeffrey's character was once Butcher's close friend and also another victim of Homelander...The Parasite inside him continuously triggering him through those characters turning him into the actual crazy Billy Butcher with ultimate supe form
The Seven just went full out Marvel on this episode. Also, the characters from Gen V spin-off making a cameo was wild.

Best episode yet in terms of performances. It's the 12th anniversary of my Daddy's death, and I was not expecting dad feels. I cried as hard at those scenes as I have at any other film or show. Wrecked me.
Now that you point it out, I could totally see the actress of Neuman playing Megara! The mannerisms and way of speaking are strikingly similar!

This show makes me so frustrated, but in a good way. I thought the mom, Hughie's decisions.. Frenchie... It makes me want to punch my TV lol
The rabbit in the cage specifically had temp v it was injected with just like butcher when he developed the cancer. I bet the temp v caused the cancer in butcher and taking the regular permanent v either gave butcher powers that activate somehow. Or the parasite/tumor has powers and is causing butcher to hallucinate and probably activate his powers.

I think my favorite moment of Victoria Neuman in this show is that half a second right after she gets punched by Starlight and she looks up at her with that "FINALLY... lets do this!"-expression.
I like that you saw that moment and immediately thought of Meg from Hercules. I heard someone else say Talia Al Ghul and I think that's where my mind went too. Whatever the case... Claudia Doumit should definitely play more 'fem fatale' -characters. She made getting punched in the face look so sexy 😬 #MarketableSkill
I still think that DC's "Kingdom Come" did it better.

This was the worst episode so far, I might even call it a bad episode, which would be a first in the series. Too many parts I didn't like this time...
Monique telling MM to fix it when she's also her parent and is the one she lives with. Fix it together instead.
I think Butcher should have mentioned that Zoe killed two guys to Edgar.
Annie being dumb again just like in the last episode, punching Neuman and not listening to Butcher. Same stuff again.
A-Train was dumb to speak to Ashley in the open at an event...
What happened to Hughie's dad was actually too horrible, so damn sad and horrific for all of them. Also weird how it would make him do that stuff.
And oh no, Frenchie is suddenly stupid with the religious thing and the sheep plan comment...
Also not like the boys to not fight their way out. Why didn't they shoot the sheep? They have Kimiko... and Neuman, who didn't use her power, why!? If it doesn't work they need to show that.
Aaaand how did Butcher do that without anyone noticing? And nobody questioned the clean cut of the leg even.
Ok alot of stuff you said here do make sense
1. "Monique and MM sould fix theyr doughter toghether" yes you are correct that was bad parenting on Monique's part
2. "Butcher sould have told Edgar about Zoe killing two guys" this is inrelevent now becouse of Neuman saving Edgar in the car
3. "Annie being dumb" shes not being dumb shes being careful, she punched Neuman becouse she is losing control and needs to learn to control herself, and her not trusting Butcher makes sense becouse she was shoot by him in season 1 or 2 if I remember, and he hates supes when shes a supe herself, if I was shoot by someone who hates supes and I was a supe, I would not trust that person, also Butcher is not trust worthy
4. "A-Train being dumb speaking with Ashley in Public" they were in the back and kinda hidden and they were wispering and the plan they made worked so idk
5. "Hughie's Dad" Yeah it was sad, I cried when hughie said that he was his hero and when he died, but what happend to him made sense becouse he was literaly brain dead, V can make you a supe and heal you but even It can't save you from brain death, he was like a zumbie
6. "Frenchie is Stupid" apperently everyone in this episode is stupid for you, he was high and hes realizing after what happend between him and collin just how many people he has killed and how Many lives he has ruined and that he thinks he deserves punishment
7. "Why did they not fight the sheep" did you see the speed of the Sheep and how powerful they were, even if they fought theyr way out they would be incredibly Hurt or even dead
8. "How did Butcher do that" He's Butcher what did you expect
