    Hi Becki, Thanks for your video! Very interesting! Just wanted to thank you for your comment a while ago. Like you said things have got better and I'm starting to get healthier and stronger again. It's been a gruelling couple of years but videos like yours were a light in the dark. Some hope to hang on to and I thank you dearly for that. I'm on medication now, back to work and exploring my goals. I agree with what you said, espcially about meeting yourself where you are at but also having a sight on the person you would like to be.
    I thought your point with the internal dialogue was very apt but sometimes it's hard to tell which voice is the right one and also I think when you're tired having the willpower doesn't mean much if you're tired enough. You probably will always lose that battle.
    I think the true solution to this is to not let yourself get too tired and if you do, set it up so that you have a plan in place already. Lets say you are genuinely too tired to cook some days of the week (maybe you realise you've got an extremely busy day in the coming week), you can do meal prep or have a list of healthy take-aways prepared so you don't have to search through hundreds of takeaways on your very suggestable tired-brain..
    Anyway thanks again, really great video and food for thought!
