As a DVA main (when I do decide to play tank anymore) I second this. Not impossible thanks to DM, but I can't dive back line as much as I'd like to bc she will just wipe my whole team if I take my eyes off them for too long.
I don't know that Orissa is actually overpowered though. I feel like it's more of an issue with a very specific style of tank play being meta right now that Orissa excels at rather than Orissa directly being overpowered. I think nerfing Orissa wouldn't really make the other tanks feel any better to play this season. I'd rather see tank as a whole get some changes, like perhaps having less of the DPS healing debuff applied to their role or etc.

Tank is miserable rn. Its just a coinflip you as a tank have no impact on the game anymore you're just a puppet for your supports.
Because she's the only tank keeping Mauga in check right now, if she were nerfed we'd hop right back into a Mauga meta, Orisa at the very least is the lesser evil

Lifeweaver is highly underrated and needs to be respected solely based on his survivability. A good lifeweaver character will take over the lobby. He is a high skill floor character simply because you need high game sense with him. He isnt hard to use but to get his full value you can block off choke points or objectives with his ult forcing synergy on the enemy team and if they dont have that you will lock out team fights super easily
Yeah but how many times do you get ult a game kinda thing. If he’s only good for his ult then that doesn’t really make him that good. Life grip mostly cucks your teammates because they probably have less IQ than you as a weaver because you know when to save them bjt they go on and use a CD to reengage. Unless you have comms I don’t think he works a lot of the time if you’re talking about synergy

@@antonioxjr8383 not just his ult petal platform can also block off passage ways get you or your team up on high ground for an advantage, his thorn volley hits really hard with good accuracy. And you can use life grip as a defensive counter for bad positioning during an enemy team ult or for when tanks are charging a low health team mate. With enough game sense and mechanical ability any character can honestly be good.
I'm from the near future, Lifeweaver will next get a slow attached to his attack thorns, and his tree ult also gets a slow.

the thing with grip though is you dont only have to use it on tanks. as such repositionning your dps characters like cass or junkrat is so useful. i dont know if this is only for lower ranks though

Sym main since day 1. She just needs a redisign. The turrets are only decent, the mobility hurts (have to either tele escape or use for team), and the right-click just feels awkward. She's just out classed so often and it feels like something is missing.

I was a support main before the DPS passive and I really took a liking to Hanzo, phara, echo and sombra. I absolutely hate venture which is why this season I primarily play phara, echo and sombra

100% on Hanzo. As a long-time high Masters Hanzo, I could get to a much higher rank on Ashe, Sojourn, Cass, or even Genji (I've done it before, several times). This hero is absolute trash, and is not worth all the work I have to put in to make him work.

Lucio damage nerf for dueling is the same. The compensation buff means his combo just does the same damage.

Cass is the only non tank character Venture has to respect. Literally everyone else is delicious easy prey. Further, they can push a swinging rein away or knock a dva back off of a ledge.
I feel like Reaper does pretty good against them but Reaper is pretty bad so i dont think its worth it.

Kinda sad that the health changes affected Kiriko heavily, as a main. I can live how she cant two tap 99% of the roster anymore, but she went from being able to hit 1HS/2BS on a squishy, to 1HS/4BS.
Its such a big nerf, kinda wish they could change her damage to allow a 1HS/3BS on squishys. As she is now most characters get to just run away from duels. I find myself healbotting as Kiri more.

Hey guys does anybody have any tips on playing against reaper as a dva? I really struggle to dive when they have a comp like roadhog, reaper and mercy.

Cassidy is my highest DPS hero stat wise with 5+ hours this season atleast I have 11,113 per 10 min this season that outperforms all my other hitscans DPS and I only solo queue so I don’t get pockets too often. Cassidy is S in S10 in metal ranks for sure play him.

Nah, Sym is F tier with LW, unless all the stars align and you get a mercy pocket with a team to play around you she is dog water. Sure at low tiers with silver and bronze players who cant aim you can abuse her because they will all just shoot the tank anyway, but when you get into gold/plat and above, people know to abuse her short range and play out of it so she can't get any value. Turrets are one shot with melee so if you have the slightest amount of game sense they are useless, if you 1v1 her she has one of the longest TTKs in the game if you have no turrets and no charge on beam making her one of the easiest kills for any dive character, while being easily out sniped by any other poke champion because her balls are weak and slow. She is in desperate need of a rework but Blizz ignores her because everyone says "she's niche, but shes really good in her niche" which is such a weak reason because the 'niche' barely exists anymore since we dont have assault maps in regular rotation.
As I sym main I wouldn't say F, probably somewhere in D, she's VERY hard to make work if the enemy team isn't braindead but she still has wall and tp, which I feel like is enough to place her higher than F
No sym is A or B, I only play sym and I am masters 4 with 60% wr, you are fundamentally misinformed on how sym is played in high elo

The stats don’t lie, you may be seeing success with her but most people aren’t, either that or you are a bad faith actor saying that she’s good so that people don’t think she needs buffs or a rework.

Bro i kick ass with lucio. I get a lot of kills. Carry points and get over 12,000 healing. Lucio is god tier. Then again ive been a lucio main since day 1. Hes just such a good character and so much fun.

Big agree, LW really shining right now, very hard to kill, ultimate is 99% teamfight win given its now healing pulse uptime, Illari is a little bit more map and comp dependant but not as bad as last season.

Personally disagree with lifeweaver. Yeah life grip needs to be utilized perfectly and as a life weaver player, I need to be aware of everyone’s positioning. Most of my life grips go toward my other support and other times dps who are losing a 1v2
Being able to rotate around, picking off the supports, petaling and dashing back to team, all while still watching to see if your team needs heals.
Don’t get me started on how a simple petal can be the difference between life and death. Placing a petal under the enemy tank can cancel out so many different ults.
Tree of life cancels so many ults as well and creates cover.
Slept teamates dam be petaled.
Thorns are actually really good. Most of the time I try and take the opportunity to do as much damage as possible when my team is healed enough.

I never understand that thought process of putting sigma in S tier because he’s necessary on certain maps because there’s several maps that other characters are necessary but aren’t an Stier pick so many tanks just run through sigma on multitude of maps
reaper one was awfully inacurate imo - I think he's actually very tanky and brings lots of value. That gameplay you showed by the way, I have no idea how that guy has a gold hellfire shotgun cus he wasn't doing anything lmao.

Lifeweaver take is outrageous. You mentioned you’ve been out on him for a while and I think you’ve become biased. He’s not S tier but he can be really powerful, and to say that you’re throwing fights if you don’t use his grip perfectly is a total stretch. You can throw a fight with it but it’s not that hard to avoid throwing a fight with it.
Doom is bad, not in terms of his strength alone as a hero, he's pretty decent. But only because he requires his team to go dive. If your team doesn't go dive (which doesn't happen 75% of the time even in high elo) the hero is genuinely useless. People need to play around doom and actually compliment him with their picks but they just simply don't most of the time. Also the meta heroes just fuck doom regardless so that isn't helping him.
Its soooooo much easier to play with your doom tbh. Love going moira with my doom & literally we almost never die 🤣
Zarya sucks vs hog and has the worst overbuff win rate of any tank

ball rework is an example of blizzard paying people for nothing. Heres the fix: turn ball shield into a personal winston bubble so it stops cc, hack, etc. Nerf the total HP of the thing to compensate. Problem solved, he now has counterplay and non counter heroes can break his shield.

Mei is C she is a dps that can’t dps and her utility is not nearly as good as it used to be
Kirikos winrate is not great in any rank. Its below average in all ranks. High potential but very hard to make an impact besides suzu and kitsune
It's almost like Kiriko isn't good especially when everyone hinging her entire value on a 15 cool down so what is the character the rest of the time & you can definitely get bad suzu's realistically a glorified spot dodge with start up isn't gonna save you
What it really is everyone trying to meet the status quo so they don't get hate a safe opinion people won't let season 1 Kiriko go mind you all the pro's did was heal bot on her that deserve the title best character in the game but the other characters that had actual impact on the game that ruin so much is "bad"
Junkrat is easily the worst DPS. Anything he can do others can do better. Spam? Hanzo, Pharah. Mobility? Tracer, Genji, Pharah. Close range? Reaper, Tracer, Torb. Mid range? All hitscan. Long range? All hitscan. DPS? Bastion, Torb, Soldier. 1.5 second TTK plus travel time and that's assuming each nade lands. He desperately needs to deal enough damage to two-tap with his primary and his conc mine needs directional knockback and low damage but no fall-off.
I think mercy is the most popular since in ever gold to masters game is in there is a 99% chance we have a mercy

Is it me or has Overwatch become almost unplayable (not enjoyable)? I have literally lost 14 matches in a row... It seems like the same 2 things each match, either a horrible tank, or 1 support. The first few seasons were roughly 70% win rate, last few seem 20%, if that. It's really bad. Am I the only one who feels this way?
In 3 days he'll release a third Season 10 tier list that'll last an hour and be completely different. This dude aint a coach he a clown.

Mercy is the lowest value Support and her offensive potential is worse than Lifeweaver's (25% DMG Boost is laughable, and her Pistol is worse). If the enemy have a Lucio, they have a 4 sec boop cooldown that can cancel Rez to put it on it's 30 sec cooldown. Mercy is bottom of F-Tier.

So as a Sym main, I would say in the right hands she's easily mid A. She is by far the tank buster, if you have a mercy to heal while you beam she's a straight god. I'm high silver and have got 67 kills in one game with a sym mercy pairing. I think she has downsides forsure. But she also is slept on. Let me know what yall think.
That is sliver lobby u will also have to think higher rank in my rank master lobby she will probably be mid b tier. In my rank they easily know and quick with destroying her turrets. plus people know how to outplay her
Nah. She’s too easy to counter and once enemies stay out of your range you’re dead. She’s easy to fight unless you’re specifically countered by her

I certainly don't think she's the most versatile or important hero, but either way, I think she's slept on in the same way Echo is. That being said, it really depends on comp. And how you utilize her.

Sym is the worst character in the game. Her turrets are useless. And her beam is so bad you have to be right in front of the enemy and by the time you have full charge you’re gonna have to reload… I think they need to give her unlimited ammo but give her an overheat mechanic or something. Her beam is just so awkward especially since it shares ammo with your orbs
