Meet before last my first 2 deadliest were 4 and 5 secs respectively my 3rd pull was 9.5 secs felt like a lifetime but it also seemed like I was processing my thoughts over a period of like 30 seconds. After so many pulls and so many grinds I was just able to slow my thoughts process down and not panic to figure what I had to do to finish this lift also obviously if my setup and technique were not perfect for this lift I’d of never finished it. 642 lifetime pr by the way hoping to crush it here in about 5 weeks. Last meet I tore an oblique on my 3rd was not a fun 7 hr ride home next day I’ll just tell you that 😂

Been saying it for yrs....You got to Max to Max. And that means Heavy Singles 90% - 105 % most of the time. I rep when I hit a wall. Then back to heavy singles for work sets. Now that's for Competitors. Just Working out ? Reps/sets/weight.

Trying to define a orm in mechanical absolutes is tough. Orm seems like your most recent pr plus 1-3%…something mathematical. At least as far as block programming is concerned.

Yea the first 25 minutes is a lot of rambling and talking in circles and not really making a point lol. Good info overall but really hard to listen to
