Mike is a game changer. That’s what we called him, back in the truck stop days, ‘the game changer’. And he’s doing now what he did then, leaving men with trembling legs and smiling faces. So proud of him.
I just thoroughly enjoy whenever Dave chats with Mike. The humour is just at the same wave length. And Dave looks damn fit these days. But there's one place where you get side delt training. Olympic lifting. I can do sets after sets of strict lateral raises to failure with the pathetic weights I can use for side delts and have pretty much no effect. But whenever I got back to learning olympic lifting my side delts just start to expand like dough in the warm cupboard. And back hyperextension is like my physiotherapy before I leave the gym. Unweighted even, just does something nice. Would probably love reverse hyper for that as well. I love that there's more Olympic weightlifting talk on fitness youtube ever since the Olympics. It's just damn fun and exciting stuff. And I bet it's good for visibility as well. And holy shit if you get Mike back to talk about other athlete s&c and periodization than purely iron game. That stuff is like a mystery house that opens to you only if you join a local club, and you still never know if you're getting some mythical nonsense program or hardcore proper program. I've been so curious about that but all the channels talk about hypertrophy these days.
If i realy can't stand any more and think i need to offer advice, First i Always ASK If they do how they do IT on a purpose. If there answer is "why" 9 Out of 10 Times i was right to offer some Help. But meanwhile this Happens realy rare because usually i Focus on my own Business.
Ah yes, a pro card makes someone the foremost authority on exercise sciences, not being a doctor in it. Also much of pro cards comes to genetics and who you compete against, even MP pros from the last 10 years have evolved drastically. Also he's trained Jared for an ungodly time and he's a pro so idk what you're saying mike having a pro card matters for, he just set it as a personal goal.
@@daytanyon his reasoning for wanting a pro card is to prove his methods at least marginally better than other (yeah, it was anothet time he exposed his stupidity), so it's only fair that he's now being mocked for having inferior methods because of not getting his pro card. Pretty much, applying his own flawed/hypocritical reasoning against him.
@@qwerty-rh6ht I’m just saying that because on his video he said “when I get my pro card, it will prove that my methods are superior” So wouldn’t him not getting his pro card mean that his methods are not superior?😝 But anyway I’m just busting balls, I like dr Mike but I think he perpetuates a BS approach to training. I think it more boils down to his particular genetics. His muscles just aren’t aesthetically appealing no matter how much tren he takes.
@@CankleCankle "So wouldn’t him not getting his pro card mean that his methods are not superior?" No, because of genetics. For that to be the case, he would need to use whatever method you consider more valid and succeed with it, only then could you firmly say his methods aren't as good. Also, regarding his methods, you have Pros who use them and people who became Pro by using them, so regarding their efficacy it's definitely there.

The conjugate method was actually named after the technique Mike used to shuck corn at the truck stop.
The fact that this is right after Paul episode, its intentional for sure to get engagement.
Why is it a reupload.? I just got excited.
Yes, it's a reupload. Also my first comment about it being a reupload got deleted 🤦
God dammit 😂
Why do they reupload these? :/
This comment should be pinned lol. Thanks for saving me five minutes before I realized I’ve already watched this!
@@ohiomp7606 better yet it should just say in the description "THIS IS A FUCKING REUPLOAD ASSHOLES"

The subtitles in the intro was done by a blind diabetic.
Paul Carter punching the air right now
The "G word"? 🤔🤷♂️
Hes like do 52 sets a week, deload every other week, use light weights for full ROM, take 1 month off, repeat....why can't I win my pro-caaarddddd
Also talks about slow fatloss but he couldnt diet down for show day
Having sore spinal erectors take away all life force that u have period.
Any video talking about muscle development and especially nutrition that has Mike isratel in it should immediately be discredited
lol why?
@@mowgli5679 because he has horrible advice and doesn't know what he's talking about.
@@huhwhatomg any examples of bad advice?
When is Mike gonna admit that his methods are not valid because he couldn’t get his pro card?
“It was a bad spray tan”?
Yeah ok bro
