SGM Tactical in US makes Saiga 223 mags they are a bit tight but with a metal file you can file down the the lock in lug and they fit, they have the bullet guide
Regarding non-ramp (Saiga), "regular" 223 AK, WBP mags are pretty ok. They are made of polycarbonate, it is VERY tough material. Of course it is not military grade mag, but works very well and doesn't wear quickly, decent mags.
FYI I know this is a year late. But I didn’t see it in the comment. That thick mag that would not fit is actually a Galil magazine not an AK mag. It will fit only in “slab side” style Saiga AKs but not the others. However it is meant for the Galil rifle.
8:26 the front 2 black ones are polish Tantal variants in the front. the rear mag is a 5.56 Romanian the other one is a Israeli 556 but not sure or its may be chinese 556.
What about the Arsenal magazines? Built like a tank and readily available (but expensive). Or surplus Beryl mags. Both are polymer but heavily metal reinforced - the best quality.
@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueck All the people I know who own saigas modify their guns so they will accept standard magazines, by installing some kind of feed ramp.
@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueck circle 10 and 11 mags are both based on 74 locking geometry, so they will work very well, and in the same guns. my vepr, sam5. slr-106, and beryl all feed well from those mags.
PSA mags, bulgarian mags, ac-unity mags, zastava steel mags is what I use in my zastava m85 krink all work perfectly.
Loved the video, PSA also has 556 mags made in house now under the “Soviet arms” brand name they made
Thank you for your feedback, I'll be checking them out, quite the cheesy name 😁
Slight correction. The magazine with built in bullet guide are to be used in rifles that don't have a bullet guide install (e.g. sporter saiga)
PSA now has 556 ak magazines. Similar in style to russain one
Do they ship outside of the US?
@Vorwärts probably not I don't know
@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueck PSA themselves do not, but other suppliers might.

Always nice to hear that the Saiga gets some support

Much obliged!
In America we neuter the Russian 556 mags too. Real AK 101 clones have the bullet guide installed

I got my hands on a beryl one, they are pretty nice but don't work with saigas. Haven't gotten hold of Arsenal ones - yet

Never got my hands on one, they do look pretty nice, I'll check if someone ships them
@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueck you on Instagram?
@@PrezUSMC not yet, don't know how good of a platform it is to share actual info. Maybe for some nice pictures?
So so sorry about pro mag, sincerely America.
So a 74 bullet guide to use 74 mags and 5.56 mags in the same spec ?
Where did you get the rare esoteric mag ? The one that is more curved
It's like a local version of eBay for guns
@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueck it’s a pretty nice Magazine , won’t lie I want one like that for my 5.56 AK, you have any videos of you testing it out?
Do you have access to polish or bulgarian mags?
I do have bulgarian 5.45 and polish 7.62 mags
