I'm gonna be using the machine to add a key to a 2021 Tahoe. Is the pin bypass safe to use. As this car already has a working key. I wanna make sure if I add key it doesn't try to erase all keys and doesn't mess up the car. This is still a new machine for me.
Working with a auto pro pad lite I purchased from UHS. Works awesome but on 2021 Suburban would not connect to servers. Can FD adapter updated and connected. Communication successful, during free pin read will not go past that and says contacts dealer. This is during addition a key, not AKL. What can I do?
Is the CAN FD needed on all '21 newer vehicles from GM and if so will the IM-608pro need this or does it have it already built into the tool? IF it doesn't have it built into the tool does this work with the IM-608pro & other scan tools on CAN FD vehicles?

I bought this tool after watching this video. We tried programming a key for 3 days in a row and the "server" is down. UHS tech support has no answer. Do not buy this tool for these cars. I'm trying again tomorrow.
Day 3 and the server is still down. Louie, can you help me??? Please. Tech support said there's no way to check if the server is working and I must go to the truck and check. My customer thinks I'm an idiot for showing up and failing everyday. I think he's right?
Mark, I'm so sorry you're having issues. the only time I tried this I was very successful 3 different times. IF there was a change on OBDStar's end I can't confirm or say with any clarity. but as far as testing and understanding. this is the only proof or knowledge I have. let me see if we can get you a more direct answer and fix. @@lsimson oh I know, never throw away any programmer lmfao, just did a old Nissan Murano. No one could program but my old programmer and little digging under the steering got all the number I needed. Actually said failed but the key light went out 🏁🏁🏁

as long as you don't select All Keys Lost you are good,

Hello Louie, in this all key lost situation do we need 2 new key fobs to be programmed , or is it one fob should be ok ? ,thnks
2 keys are usually a standard need for all cars in terms of fresh programming. the system requires 2 profiles in case there is an error.

Basic no. G2 confirmed working with can-fd adapter.
