Whoa, beautiful work! It's always so nice to see, when People know their stuff and don't just "restore" old Motorcycles with not much love, but you really did this with all your heart! Thank you!
Where do I begin? The skill, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, the precision…. Just wow… all in flip flops too! Is no one going to mention just how clean this gentleman’s hands are too! Subscribed. Bravo.
1989 to 1991 Honda CRM250. It's a unicorn. I've never seen one! You'd think these savages would have at least pressure washed it first! Someone needs to send these guys some tools! 😂 guessing just to cheap to buy new plastics? One crash and this thing is going to explode bondo everywhere! But replacing the minimum and doing what you can with what you got I am thoroughly impressed! And using an old timing belt as a chain guard on the swing arm that was awesome! Never seen that! Next time I can't find one for an older bike project I'm totally using that idea! Love it!
I could not help but smile when I saw the finished motorcycle. Excellent work. I like seeing things made new again. I have restored several cars including my 1971 VW beetle. I have a 1980 Honda XR80 I am doing a full restoration on currently. Keep enjoying your work.
Simply amazing!! This my new favorite youtube channel. I'm restoring a '74 Kawasaki triple. I work so slowly not to make any mistakes don't know if I'll ever get it done. These gentlemen just dig in do it! Wish they lived close so I could call on their expertise and experience to help me on my project. If I tore the bike apart like they did, it would all go in the trash because I'd have no idea how to put it back together.
Mates, it is absoliutely amazing to see you work. You make it look so simple that it becomes visually MAGICAL. Thank you SO MUCH for share your ARTWORKS with all of us. Thank you
Beutiful restoration! I must say i was a little doubtful to the new colors, honda´s red is a classic, but the end result was very good. I like when people take care of the old classic bikes, CRM and XL was some of the best bikes in the world, well worth renovating. Well done!
New to your vids but what a great complete and thorough restoration- top quality work and no stupid music interfering with the video- bike looks mint - running rich by the looks of it but no big issue at all 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍻
These are amazingly satisfying.... But beyond that, you can almost imagine the bike giving out a sigh of relief, getting its old bones cleaned up, greased, put back together to feel like a shiny new bike once again. I imagine the restoration of a 90 year old person, magically transforming them to their former glory of young adulthood. Brings a tear to my eye almost.
Sauf le pot d'échappement bleu, et qu'elle tourne un peu riche sur la vidéo (pour le rodage j'imagine). C'est une très très jolie restauration. bravo. ✌
Really liked how you just took it all apart then put all the warn out shit back together after you cleaned it off lol. also the plants you pushed up by the bike to make it more buried was a nice touch.
....I love fixing stuff up and all, especially old bikes/quads.... But, a total engine teardown is FAR beyond my scope. Hats off, this was cool as shit my man!
les mécaniques est fait dans les règles de l'art, clé dynamométrique, Graisse et huile, sableuse , peinture à air comprimé, masque anti air toxique , franchement je pensais pas que chez vous ça travaillé aussi proprement que ça chapeau 👌
Awesome restoration! That bike looks better than new. Maybe running a bit rich from the smoke out of the exhaust and the sound of the engine, but you may have it set up that way on purpose until the new rings seat. Probably the best restoration I've seen on UA-cam so far. Congrats!
It's a 2-stroke dude. It's not that they run rich, it's that they burn oil to keep the cylinders and rings lubricated or it would burn up. Yeh, it's a crappy design, when it comes to environment issues, but when it comes to actual performance on a racetrack, nothing compares to a 2-stroke engine. And that's because they have a power stroke for every crank revolution. But is it twice the power? No because the breathing and bypasses that take place cannot be perfect. It's like you can't have your cake and eat it too sort of thing. However, it would fair to say that they have 50 - 70% more power per displacement than their 4-stroke counter part. The fuel savings is only recognized when you match the power ratios. But a lot has been done to 4 strokes to increase output, such as focusing on getting more torque out of an engine that has better torque characteristics than a 2-strokes to begin with. By working with piston size, allowing for 3 and or 4 valves per cylinder instead of two. Better water cooling. Though 4 strokes will never be as powerful as a 2-stroke when it comes to actual displacement, it's torque curve almost achieves some common numbers where the back tire meets the track.
@@robertblahnik7685the only reason why I think it was smoking a 38:53 lot because he rebuilt the top end and using oil that’s burning plus the gas oil or he over mixed it with is not a problem I agree on your comments
I hope that you find a lot of success through these views. Both in terms of UA-cam viewing numbers and payments, but also from customers who want a perfect job done on their stuff. Such a great advert for your superb skills. Well done guys.
Riding dirtbikes all my life. After breaking my foot and gashing my shin from wacking the foot peg, I can tell you this man is brave af in some flip flops on a 250 2 stroke 🤣
actually i think that bike is oil injected.it probably needs adjustment, unless he's purposely running more oil for break-in.awesome rebuild of a nice bike anyway.

@@cirilorubiatoist.4277Too much 2t oil doesn’t always good for the bike. this bike in the vid have power valve and the dirty unburned oil will cause the valve to stuck someday, And almost any 2 stroke can lasted 15 years with proper premix ratio too as long as you ride it normal and doesn’t care about compression or power that you gonna lost.

That is oil I wonder if they honed the cylinders when they put in the new piston and rings . If the injection pump is pumping too much oil in the mix will cause it to smoke excessive . 2 strokes smoke but that engine is fresh it should smoke a little but not that much for a fresh motor .
C'est vrai qu'avec le peu de moyens qu'ils ont la restauration est plutôt belle, néanmoins je trouve que la moto fume beaucoup et avec de la fumée blanche, peut être un jointnde culasse défectueux ?
this video was awesome they did a great job remembering where all those parts went back together and hill climbs in flip-flops at the end that was awesome

Love how these dudes just go for it. No sand blasting cabinet. No painting bay. Lung cancer is a myth.
Hearing the bolts break free during the tear down of the engine was real nice!
