Man, the voice acting in general for Beast Wars is so underrated, and alec Willows as Tarantulas is one of the most stand-out stars of it.

Well almost like him because shockwave’s not the type of scientists that always laughs when creating monsters, destructive machines and weapons I mean sure theirs some incarnations of shockwave that laugh like cyberverse and earthspark but at least they do it only once. The only incarnations that are my favorite are tfp and idw (and personally I prefer he died at the end of dark cybertron than bringing him back in the Optimus prime comic series because it literally ruined his character development)

His performance as Tarantulas sticks with me to this day. I loved his voice work in Beast Wars. Hell, I loved everyones voice work in Beast Wars haha, but he was great.
Tarantulas is easily my favourite Transformers character. Badass design and voice, the cunning and treachery of Starscream, the hacking and covert know how of Soundwave, the mad scientific prowess of Shockwave, AND the drive to conquer of Megatron
And to think Alec Willows 'Tarantulas's voice actor' made some of the cast feel uncomfortable, And based on his creepy laugh and voice I can easily see why.

Don't really care for that version. It's bad enough he isn't voiced by Alec Willows or even someone who sounds like him, but he's not evil or psychotic either. :(

This was Incredible Masterpiece for Tarantulas My Fourth Favorite Antagonist’s Predacon and Alec Willows did a Legendary Performance Bringing This Creepy and Awesome Villain to Life.

I'm not sure why, but the way he delivers the line and scream when Rattrap busts through the roof of the ship is so awesome haha. "All power to weapons..WHHAAAAATTT!!!.......YEEAAAAHHHHH!!!"
